You move up through rank through missions and zOMG mission. You may be given an Akatsuki Member Name. This mean if you are high ranking you can apply for Akatuki Member jobs. This is where you play the role of an actual Akatsuki member. For example if you want to have Job Itachi, your job is to play zOMG and help increase the popularity of this guild.
