The appearance of "quirks," newly discovered super powers, had been steadily increasing over the years, with eighty percent of humanity possessing various abilities from manipulation of elements to shapeshifting. This leaves the remainder of the world completely powerless, and Izuku Midoriya was one of those individuals. Since he was a child, the ambitious middle schooler has wanted nothing more than to be a hero. Izuku's unfair fate leaves him admiring heroes and taking notes on them whenever he can. But it seems that his persistence has borne some fruit. Izuku meets the number one hero and his personal idol, All Might. All Might's quirk is a unique ability that can be inherited, and he chose Izuku to be his successor!

Enduring many months of grueling training, Izuku enrolls in UA High, a prestigious high school famous for its excellent hero training program, and this year's freshmen look especially promising. With his bizarre but talented classmates and the looming threat of a villainous organization, Izuku learned what it meant to be a hero. Throughout his years of being a hero and mastering the inherited quirk from all might, he encountered all sorts of dangers and overcame justice with a smile on his face.

Midoriya soon took the place of All Might. People soon began calling him all might and he successful became a genuine successor of All Might. This is where our story takes place. A new batch of freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors have enrolled into UA high, and they too are looking forward to taking up the mantle as a hero. Of course, the League of Villains has no intention of letting more heroes rise to the occasion to put a halt to their plans. They learned that All might isn't the only symbol of peace. So, they upped the ante. Every hero is their target no matter how strong or weak. Their goal is to create a world without heroes and cause enough destruction to show them all how fragile their justice is. So will you become a hero in training and rise to the occasion? Are you already a well-known hero looking to train the next generation of heroes and will protect them with your life? Or, are you a villain who's aim is to show them just how pointless a heroes cause is?
