Each subforum will belong to a member; should they want it! All a member has to do is send a PM requesting to have a role play. However, if they haven't donated 2500 gold, regardless of whether there are free subforums or not, they will not receive one until they'd donated the amount.
In case anyone is wondering why members have to donate 2500 gold to get a subforum, that is how much a subforum costs. We could donate the gold ourselves, but this is your roleplay. Your responsibility. The moderators are just here to protect the rules of the guild.
