The Story
"Long ago in a distant land, I, Aku, the shape-shifting Master of Darkness, unleashed an unspeakable evil! But a foolish Samurai warrior wielding a magic sword stepped forth to oppose me. Before the final blow was struck, I tore open a portal in time and flung him into the future, where my evil is law! Now the fool seeks to return to the past, and undo the future that is Aku!"
As the battle between Jack, and Aku continued, it became noticed that there would never be any clear victor. Jack would best Aku in battle, but the demon would alway manage to have the last word. Using his demon powers, Aku summoned Ares, the god of savage warfare, and bloodlust. With the help of the god, Aku devised a plan that would entrap the samurai forever. As the fated day came, Aku, with the help of Ares, imprisoned Jack into his own mystical sword- the very sword that was forged to kill Aku. However, since the mystical sword is unbreakable, Jack in theory is still alive inside of the sword. Before Jack was imprisoned, Athena, the goddess of wisdom, told Ares not to fully hold Jack captive in the mystical sword, and tells him that if Jack is summoned by a righteous man when holding the sword then Jack will be able to free himself. Ares complies, seeing as no one would dare confront Aku anymore. The god, however, did not inform Aku of this bargain.
Athena knows that Aku must be stopped, and thus quietly spreads the myth about freeing Jack. Now, a select few that believe the myth travel to Aku's throne so that they may once again free Samurai Jack, and undo the future that is Aku.
Rules
1. Follow all Gaia rules. Which means keep it PG-13 at all times.
2. Please be respectful to each and every member in the guild. I like to believe that a guild is like a family.
3. No Godmoding at any time!
4. You cannot medel in other world affairs. That means no love affairs, or long lost brothers/sister, with NPC characters.
5. Literacy is highly advised. If you don't know what that means that don't bother requesting to join.
6. You cannot kill another role player unless you have his/her consent.
7. You MUST be active. If you are not active then you will be banned.
8. Read ALL rules before you send in a join request.
What we offer
1. A fun roleplaying environment in which each member becomes a family.
2. A fresh new storyline that will hopefully intrigue many Samurai Jack fans.
Joining
There is no guild entrance fee at the time, so you don't have to worry about that. But, when sending in a join request please talk about how you plan to help the guild, and why you want to join. I don't want a speech about how you've watched all the Samurai Jack episodes, and how you have all the seasons on DVD. Please show that you're literate in your request too. You don't have to, but a roleplaying example would be much appreciated.
