FAQ/HELP:
Q:i have met the requirements to be a captain but there are no more spots left in the GOTEI 13 can i still be a captain?
A:no unless one of the old captains is trown out of the GOTEI 13 or is demoted

Q:who is the head captain?
A:that is me load204 captain of squad 1

Q:but you dont look like the 1st captain from the anime?
A:no i dont but this is a guild not the real thing

Q:so you have to look like the captain/lieutenant you are?
A:no you dont have to look like the person who's place you have like in the anime (examle i dont look like head captain yamamoto)

Q:i have met the requiremants to be a captain now what do i do?
A:contact me (load204) i will see if ther is any places left and if your good enough to be a captain and then you wait for me to reply

Q:should i contact you on your profile?
A:no only contact me through pm's as this way i can keep track easyer

Q:what is a seated officer?
A:a seated officer is a senior member of the regular shinigami in the 13 squads the 18 seated officers will be chose by the captains

Q:can you donate to me? (a.k.a most anoying question on gaia)
A:simple answer no

Q:ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE GUILD IS BEING ABUSIVE TO ME!?

Q:i want to be a leiutenant how can i?
A:contact any of the other captains and seek their aproval of you do not try to be my (load204) leiutenant i have already chose one

Q:what if i dont follow the rules?
A:you will be striped completely of your rank if you are a captain or leiutenant and given a warning the warning will be sent in a pm if you respond in a irashtional way to this pm you will be reported if you continue to violate the rules of this guild you will be kicked out of the guild and reported

very well shinigami's i will begin to explain more about this guild
there are 13 squads each containing
13 CAPTAINS
13 LEIUTENANTS
18 SEATED OFFICERS FOR EACH SQUAD
AND AN UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF SHINIGAMI FOR EACH SQUAD

The squad you are put in depends on what i beleive your personality shows if you want to join this guild pm me and tell me about you personality after that i can determine what squad you belong in.

These squads each have specific purposes which will be explained in the pm's i reply to

now onto rankings

CAPTAINS:
captains are in control of 1 devision each (there are 13 captains)

LEIUTENANTS:
leiutenants are next in command after the captains (there is also 13 leiutenants)

SEATED OFFICERS:
seated officers are senior members of the squad they are assinged to this bassicaly means that they are the stronger members of the regular shinigami

SHINIGAMI:
the weakest of the squads but any shinigami can become powerfull...

OTHER INFO:
i will now explain shikai's and bankai's.
in order to get to the two higher ranks of this guild such as lieutenant and captain you will need a shikai or bankai you will not need to buy a shikai and or bankai at any shops. your captain who is assigned to you will decide when you deserve to have it .when youre captain beleives you are experienced enough to use it you may send a picture of your shikai from any site aslong as it is not anything to *ahem* odd to the forums or other guild members.the same goes for a people who wish to be captains ecept people who wish to be captains must seek my aproval if they want their bankai (they must have shikai before asking)bankais can also be shown to other members of the guild through pictures note the first captains i find to join my guild will not have to seek my approval for bankai or shikai they will be automatically given one they can still choose their own bankais and shikais and show pictures of them if you have anymore questions about this please contact me (load204).

NOTES surprised h yes i almost forgot everyone who joins can do this ( you dont have to if you dont want to)

NAME OF SHIKAI: (if you are a lieutenant or captain) pics are also aloud to be shown of the shikai
