You draw your weapon. The sounds of the cave echo around you and you have no idea where the attack will come from. The knowledge that you are being followed is more frightening than the fact that there is a wyvern waiting to attack. Turning, you pick up a rare egg and begin to head for the exit of the cave. Reaching sunlight and safety, you breathe and then the air is split by a fierce roar. The attack comes from behind and you are knocked off the ledge to the ground far below, shattering the egg you had. Picking yourself up you see the wyvern dive toward you. Ready for the fight ahead, you pull out your weapon. A captured wyvern is worth more than its egg, right? This is the world of Monster Hunter. This is Pokke Village. Enter our world.
