The bustling port metropolis of Deliverance, a city akin to New York City 100 years from today. Full of crime, grime, and drugs that can knock you into the next century (literally). The cops are on the take, the criminals are cruel, and every day people are barely able to scrape out a living. The only people who are successful in this dingy, city full of shades of grey, are the people who throw scruples to the wind.
The city itself is full of anything you might want, you only need to look for it. There are clubs, restaurants, factories, and shops of all kinds. The city streets are congested with cars, and the best way to get around is the subway. Though, traveling out into the choking heat and sea-side humidity is never quite comfortable. Just off the main strip, away from the bustling trade line, there is a haven built recently by an eccentric millionaire.
This is the Sunset Apartments, set apart from the rest of the town's slum district's quaint, old-world charm by glass, steel, and modern sleekness. The rent is free, but getting in isn't that easy
A letter from the Lunarian Embassy arrives to each potential resident, offering a stay, a shelter, and a home to those who are seeking it.
Each day the sun rises and glints off the building, but few have access to the inside. The letter sent out arrives with a room number and an electronic key, giving access to the front door and their room at the same time (whilst not working on any other doors.)

Here is the Sunset Apartments, come within to see where new beginnings will lead.
