So the girls had to go running every time soldiers showed up. They made money in different ways. The first was performing. One of them played an instrument, and the other two took turns for one singing and one dancing. They depended on donations for that way. The other way was that they used their powers. One of them used cards to tell the future.Another did palm reading and telling the future, and the other potions. People would pay money to see these three girls. They each had a "special scarf," which helped them focus their power. If they lost it, they would be powerless. Even worse is that someone could control them if they had a gypsy's special scarf. This happened to the girls once, one of their scarves was stolen, and the girl was controlled by the king. Thankfully her sisters were able to steal it back. Their life is hard, but they would not give it up for anything.
As you may have already guessed, the three girls' names were Cloud, Willow, and Leaf.
