Naruto Uzumaki won the ninja war. He left the hidden turtle island and found the Masked Mastermind; Obito.* Naruto didn't release Kyuubi, or even go into Jinchuuriki mode, but he used a special jutsu that saved his life years ago. Rasengan. The rest is really history. We'd go into it, but Naruto requested that we didn't, so we aren't. The Akatsuki fell. Hard. Sasuk- What? We can't talk about Sasuke either, Naruto? Alright, you heard the man. Naruto, want some Ramen? I heard your special you-know-who is having a huge spe- You didn't even listen to me long enough to finish! Oh well, I guess I can tell you some of it now before he is back.

The Akatsuki fell- or what was left of it. Zetsu died, but left behind his genetics in the Hidden Grass, his birthplace. Kabuto went into hiding, as he never went into the battlefield; he stayed behind with his pawns, which were all freed from his creepy, scaly grasp. However, rumor has it that the Masked Mastermind had had a son long ago. This son- well, son or not, he does exist- goes by the name of Zero. He wears a masked like his so-called father. He supposedly runs a new, dark organization called the New Moon. He is a very unique opponent, and doesn't speak much, but when he does, he might speak in riddles. This odd, unknown man has- supposedly- sabotaged all ANBU missions to- well, I can't tell you, but it does assist the other villages under the Shinobi Alliance.

Naruto is currently Hokage, but he has time for Ramen. He's training Konohamaru to be the next Hokage. Lady Tsunade passed away using a forbidden medical jutsu and allowed her chakra and its nature to be bestowed to the land of Konoha. Ever since, everyone has had great luck and the Will of Fire has grown far stronger then ever thought. The day Minato and Kushina met in the Shinobi Academy is celebrated in every village as a legendary holiday; no religion is required, and it is not religion, race, or otherwise required. Shizune currently serves as the head of the medical unit with Sakura. Lots of marriage happened, but you'll find that inside this little gift box.

Anyways, the Uchiha clan is 'restored.' Not because of you-know-who, but Sierra (you'll learn about her) brought back Uchiha that had 'left the village'. She brought just enough Uchiha to restore the clan physically with fixed buildings and new children to be in the next generation. They also sealed away the Sage of Six Path's message before anyone else with both the Sharingan and Rinnegan can see it. (Well, Sierra did it, but still.) The other clans have been flourishing too! It has been proven that the Hyuuga and Uchiha are cousins, so don't marry your cousins, please.

After years and years of peace, which was named Eternal Peace, fell. (So much for being Eternal, huh?) The 'New Moon' broke it by plucking ANBU and recruiting new Jouunin. More crime became as the New Moon robbed houses. Why? They didn't want money. But when money is lost, desperate measures call and the victims rob. Distrust arises and chaos falls down to them. Between the villages, determined Genin are training to be Chunin, and then a Jounin, so they'll be picked and infiltrate the new organization. These ninja are called The Sacrifice. A small group of ninja from ever village are in this group, but they are too short-sighted to realize their group can be infiltrated and they might not be picked, or they might even die trying to send information about the organization home. Some bad, bad people are in that group, and innocent ninja wanting to do good are going to be hurt! Will you be from the New Moon, or in the Sacrifice? Or will you walk your own path and stop one or the other?


*Well, Manga says he is Obito** (I TOLD YOU, INTERNET!!!), but the video games say Masked Man, so his identity counts as Masked Man until the animated series proves otherwise.
