Welcome to my support group for those in pain. This is a refuge for those who suffer from mental illnesses, self harm or serious life issues and have nowhere else to turn. This is a place not for judgment or ridicule, but for the open sharing of our experiences and to help us all realize we are NOT alone. Understanding is a powerful part of healing, part of the path to recovery. That is what I seek to build here, a community of people who are here for each other, and at the same time, striving to make real progress.

A few things I MUST stress

The views and ideas expressed here are based only on our experiences. We are NOT PSYCHIATRISTS, nor licensed MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. This support group is NOT intended to replace your current treatment, if any.

This is a SERIOUS FORUM. There is NO place here for anyone who is here to be "part of the crowd" or to feign these issues because it seems to be the "in thing." Anyone caught making light of any member of this guild or their illness/disorder/issues will be immediately banned. This includes pretense at suffering from any of these issues in order to gain the sympathies of guild members.

The guild rules

1)Any x-rated, sexual or explicit language, pictures, etc are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN here! THIS INCLUDES NAKED AVIES!

2)Absolutely NO religious slurs, discrimination, blasphemy, etc. The free exchange of ideas is welcomed and encouraged, but never in an offensive manner!

3)Flaming, trolling and the like are forbidden here. Posts of that nature will be deleted immediately and the violator will be banned.

4)Please refrain from posting material or images which are intensely graphic and could be triggering for others. This material is against the ToS, and by default, our own rules.

5)Please be as literate as possible in your posts! Do not use excessive netspeak or slang! If you have difficulty spelling there is no problem with that, all we ask is you try your best.

6)Follow all Gaia rules, etc.

7)Pretenders are NOT going to be tolerated here. If you are caught lying about the issues we are here to help each other with, you will be immediately banned. These disorders are NOT a game, and this is a serious forum for those who suffer with them.
