Alexandria governorate, or province, is one of the governorates of Egypt, located in the north of the country. It lies directly on the Mediterranean Sea, making it one of the most important harbors in Egypt. The governorates capital is Alexandria, the home of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the world famous library that was burnt down in antiquity and has since been rebuilt. It is now considered the second capitol of Egypt.

Welcome to Alexandria High, our little hang out on Gaia. It's a place for RP, games, contests, and well, pretty much anything that doesn't break gaia ToS. If there's anything you'd like to see, here, just let us know and we'll see about putting it up.

Here at Alexandria High, we have a system of "Game Points" for the various games in our game room. As you play the games, you earn these points that can be spent to gain more stuff for the games. On occasion, we'll have a sale or auction of Gaia items for game points, to reward those who have been active in the games. If that sounds interesting to you, then come on in and check it out.

A few ground rules, to keep everything fun:

1. First and foremost, follow gaia ToS at all times!
2. Keep things like swearing to a minimum and absolutely no flaming! The occasional swear word is fine, but if you're constantly doing it, we'll have to ask you to knock it off. ^.^
3. Feel free to post new threads in any of the sub forums, with the exception of the computer and science labs. That's where the people running the guild throw together our little experiments for the guild. *insert evil mad scientist laugh here*
4. Did I mention the gaia ToS?
5. Have fun. That's why we're all here, right?
6. In the rp rooms, please avoid using *'s. While that's fine in the regular chat forums, it can be annoying to some rpers to see it in an rp. Also, leet speak of any kind is not to be used, here. It's not that we hate it, it's just hard to understand, for some of us. So please, just speak in regular English like the rest of us.

With all that said, we're a pretty easy going bunch. These rules are just a guideline (other than gaia tos one...s) to follow the one actual rule, here: don't ruin other people's fun. We're not the type to snap at you because of a mistake. Except maybe Kouga. She might eat your face, but don't worry. We keep her on a leash...most of the time.
