As for the matter of entering the guild, just mention anything that you have read, seen, or heard which you loved and involved dragons. Also, any net/chat/l337speak in an application will cause the sender to be ignored
Regarding innactives- Innactives are those that do not post at least periodically for a week or two. People who are expecting to be gone for over a week may notify Vysivaire, Hyre Kimsas, and/or Shadow Shennron.
Also, if you are banned and are truely unhappy about it, feel free to contact at least one of the above mentioned.
