
It has information on fitness (including pre-prepared fitness programs), nutrition, weight loss, exercises such as stretching and so on to help people to become healthier.
There are areas in which you can ask questions on any matter relating to health whether it be something to do with becoming more flexible or even asking others about their experiences with alternative therapies. This list is pretty much endless.
There are also sections in which you can enter in diaries such as:
- Fitness logs ~ your quest to become fit or to increase an area of your fitness (stength, speed, muscle bulk etc)
- Diet logs ~ your quest to healthier eating habits
So if you wish to come in for a browse, feel free to do so. If you wish to join, there is just a small fee of 30G, not much for access to your health.
This is not a guild which promotes excessive skinniness or helps people to keep up thier anorixic or bullimic ways, but a guild to help people to stop this.
Also this guild is not about becoming a championship bodybuilder or elite athlete. Although there may be some out there who are and would like to enter this guild, you are more then welcome, but this is not a guild that will force you to be that way but will help you get that way if you wish to be like that.
It is a guild to help you to become a healthier and happier you.
