Look for important updates later this week.

User ImageTransferring or beginning your first year of college in the fall? Just wanting to dive head-first into art and try all sorts of mediums? You're at the right place!

This crash course focuses on two major aspects of art in four different ways. Studio art is tackled by twelve extensive pieces completed every ten days and daily sketching. Art history is tackled by medium-specific short reports due every ten days. The tests for this course covers the technical skills associated with art, such as shape and horizon, value and color, even going into portraits, figures and landscapes. It also covers two different periods in art history, one being the Modern art period which is rarely covered by your stereotypical Survey of Art course.

The syllabus may be extensive and cram-packed, but you can modify it! Wanting to focus only on studio art? Art history? A little of both without the overwhelming feeling? Feel free to adjust the syllabus for yourself and submit it for approval.

There are absolutely no fees to join. It's completely free to anyone who wants to dedicate their time to doing art!
