The Year is 137 A.D (After Doomsday)

Years after a nuclear war that nearly caused the extinction of all human life.After the War a Faction Know only as the Shop seized control of all weapons manufacturing plants to stop just anyone from obtaining W.M.Ds.

The Shop did not however want to control the planet so they allowed a Government faction to rise that set itself up globally. Initially endorsed by The Shop they set up a Republic much like a Roman Senate of olden days.
Silently behind the scenes it is unknown if it was an entire organization or a single Man ,but the "Republic" as it had once been held began to abuse it's power. For a Decade The world itself was reduced to a Dark Age*.

The Shop once again stepped in and endorsed a Global Police Force to bring back the balance of power. Though the two groups openly fought many Factions that where once again forming saw the Police as an ally to the Government.
