The Asexuality guild.
Messieurs, mesdames, bonjour.
Welcome to the guild dedicated to asexuality and naturally, asexuals.
We'll gladly accept people who are open-minded, and those who are curious to know more of asexuality, regardless of their orientation.

Description.
Asexuality is a sexual orientation, therefore it is somewhat similar to homosexuality, bisexuality, heterosexuality, pansexuality, etcetera. The difference is that asexuality is defined by no sexual attraction regardless of another's gender, and/ or no sexual desire.
Using the four examples above to help put asexuality into context, Homosexuals are sexually attracted to members of their own sex. Heterosexuals are sexually attracted to members of the gender opposite to their own, Bisexuals are sexually attracted to both males and females (Although they may have a preference), and Pansexuals are more attracted to the 'person' than the gender of the person. Ambiguous things such as hermaphrodites and transexuals do not affect the attraction. However, most asexuals are not sexually attracted to males or females. A few asexuals have taken the term 'Grey/ Gray Asexual', as they do feel sexual attraction, but very rarely and faintly. A few other asexuals title themselves 'Demisexual', as they only feel a sexual attraction towards those who they are emotionally involved with (Called 'Secondary sexual attraction).
Romantic attraction may still occur, which can be defined as an 'emotional bond or attraction'.

Asexuality is not the same as celibacy. Celibacy is a choice, asexuality is not. A person can be both asexual and celibate, though.
Asexuality is not a 'disorder', it's not a 'handicap', and it's not always the result of 'trauma'. Some who have had very peaceful lives are asexual.

Requesting to join the guild?
Firstly, the simple rules.
- You're expected to be sensible and respectful of others in this guild. Maturity of the mind will certainly be appreciated.

- You still have to follow Gaia's 'Terms of Service'. If you can follow the rule above, this rule should not even be worth mentioning.

The guild does not require a fee to join, nor a 'registration form' of any sort. You are free to create one if you wish to, but again, it's not necessary.
