At the end of the 20th century, the evil Telomaster, Sir Onyx Flint was finally killed by the great Psychomaster, Leviticus Zamberloff, and thus our story begins. Five and a half years later, Psychics roam without fear in the underground city of Arcanus. This is a city reached only from special shack like elevators built on the ground level. Your wealth, as a psychic, is judged by the energy your mind holds, and your money is made up of small balls of energy, which appear as shining purple marbles. To the psychics, time is reverred and is treated almost as sacred. As for the government, this city is run by a dictator, who does practically nothing since the city is run under a full democracy, meaning every single person votes on every single issue.
However, strange rifts in the psychic realm have caused the Psychomasters to worry. They believe that the fight is just beginning. Is it possible that Sir Onyx Flint could return or is something even darker around the corner. Only time will tell.
