Sacred Moon

Once many years ago the world lived in terror and chaos. There were two powers constantly fighting eachother, never allowing the world to leave its chaotic self. The two powers consisted of a dragon named Maelstorm that blocked out the sun every day with its fiery, smoking, sulfer breathe and a giant Minotaur named Atris that smashed the earth every day, leaving the world frightened of how the land had changed. The two forces fought for so many years, never defeating the other force. One day, the two forces fought to such an extent that the humans had decided to join despite the odds. The two forces fought with a new enemy against them. After many, many days of fighting against the humans witches (users of both kand and chapel), the dragon finally fell leaving behing an island, and the minotaur fell into the sea reaching the bottom of the ocean. When the two powers fell, the people were joyous that they were the only ones in existance, for there could never be another fight like they had witnessed. Before their last breathe, the two creatures shot out a beam toward the moon, shaking it violently. The moon stayed sturdy, but something just didn't feel right.

Years have past and the world now lives in prosperity. The world now lives with their eight provinces side by side, Pholthia, Menarth, Chanom, Udor, Ambisch, Oldos, Phenthe, and Ghidona. They have their arguments, but has never escelated to war.

The moon has finally shown what it had felt. The moon fell apart, piercing the citizens around the worlds heart. The world was sent into torment and dispair. The sky turned dark, the creatures of the ocean started to die, and the animals of the world turned evil. The moon split into 7pieces, six fell toward the planet and one stayed in the sky. When the six pieces fell to the world and landed, five of them created the mirrors and the sixth created a silver dagger. At the town of Ragpick, one young man and his ally's have set out to to activate the five mirrors with the silver dagger they have found and restore the moon to regain peace to the world.

Information on the 8 provinces

Pholthia

Pholthia is a small province that has mostly kept to itself. They are quiet and respect themselves. They live inbetween the clearings of the trees around, and have learned to live with the nature. Within pholthia lies a small city called ragpick, located right next to the peak of a waterfall, where tasumadu was born and raised. Pholthia lies to the far corner of the northwestern part of the main continent, Corision

Menarth

Menarth is a province near the ocean. They specialize in trade with other provinces with outposts near the ocean. The people of menarth enjoy living with the sea creatures helping them and playing with them when they are off on fishing trips. Menarth lies to the north end of the main continent.

Chanom

Chanom is a province close to where the continent slightly splits. With the province so close, the people of chanom have learned to withstand constant earthquakes. Chanom lies near the north of the main continent.

Udor

Udor is a province that has lived on the beach their entire lives. The people of udor love to fish and constantly trade with menarth. Udor lies next to Rhezuta, yet still on the main continent; leaving enough space inbetween them for ships to pass. Udor is one of the three provinces that has built the silver bridge.

Ambisch

Ambisch is a province that lives on the island where the great dragon fell. The earth has grown over the dragons skeleton, hiding it beneath mountains upon mountains. The people have lived with this and try to grow away from just being on the dragons skeleton. Ambisch is a strong military province, and has exceptional kand and chapel users. Ambisch lies to the eastern side of the continent RhezutaAmbisch is one of the three provinces that has built the silver bridge.

Oldos

Oldos, also known as the golden city, is a beacon for travelers and anyone who wishes for peace. Oldos has the strongest kand and chapel masters in the world, and with such they hold a veil over the city that keeps anyone evil hearted out of the city. Oldos also resides upon the same island as ambisch, but stays separate from ambisch by the mountain ranges on the west side of Rhezuta. Oldos is one of the three provinces to help build the silver bridge.

Phenthe

Phenthe is a province that lives in the dead center of the tree's, at the south end of the continent. Phenthe occasionally has problems, being the home of the forest of illusions (which no one ever goes into), they still continue with their lives. All of the people have learned to survive in such a hard area. The people also love having a famous apothacary (herbalist) loyal to their province.

Ghidona

Ghidona is a province that resides in the western end of the continent. Ghidona is stuck right in the middle of the desert. They try ot keep the people calm and help them with the heat, but whenever someone does something against the law, they are put into the colloseums to fight eachother. When someone wins the fight, they fight the next person. If there is no one left, they are set free.

"Why did they have to die...."

Father: Ok Xin, your mother and i thought it was time you learned what happens to people when they do bad things.
*Xintsuj cluelessly smiles and says ok*
Mother: Honey, Xin, ist gona start soon, hurry up.
Father: Yes dear.
Xin: ok mommy.
*they arrive at the Colosseum, Xin slowly backs away in fear*
Mother: Don't worry hunny is ok.

Tasumadu walked outside his house and around the town of Ragpick. "I can't wait, just can't wait. Today I get the dagger and go on my journey" said tasumadu. He entered multiple stores, buying and selling items in preparation for his journey.

Xintsuj reaches Ghidona and heads toward the Colosseum "I hate this place, only death is here"

Mother: Ok sit down, its gona start soon.

Two fighters enter the arena,one with a sword and shield and the other with a bow. an announcer is heard throughout the Colosseum "These two people have been charged with murder, the last one standing will be proclaimed innocent and set free"

The battle begins.....

Finally tasumadu is ready for his journey. He walks just outside of the village and around to the village elders house. 'Knock Knock Knock' "Elder, are you here? I am ready for my journey. This will be soooo fun" yells tasumadu at the door.

*Xintsuj Reaches the Colosseum and Faces a Memorial Stone Tablet that had many names written on it*
"To all those who died protecting this Province"

The warrior starts to charge, the Archer intercepts him and trips him, he takes aim at his helpless victim and shoots him with a Barrage of arrows. The Warrior quickly shields himself, sending the arrows in random directions into the seating.

Mother/Father: Xin!!!!!

*the Province leader walks up to, Xintsuj still staring at the stone plate*
"Xin, did i ever tell you how valiantly your parents died for you and this province? They must be very proud to see how strong you've become..."
"Don't lie to me, i know what happened, so stop trying to hide it from me..."
*the leader looks down...ashamed at the failed white lie*
"are you really going to leave us?"
"I'm not leaving...just going to look for something"
"well, once you find it, be sure to come back, we will be waiting for your return with open arms"

"thank you, and please..take my parents names off that...thing..."
"ok...im sorry we've been lying to you all these years"
"its ok"

That day Xintsuj left Ghidona to travel the world, and mind the thing that he misses the most.

Finally the elder opens up the door. "Tasumadu, geeze you are immature. I take a while, geeze. I am freaking old. Now, tasumadu, here is the Silver Dagger. It can not be used in fights for it is not built for that, but it is to be used to release the spirits held in the five mirrors crafted from the shards of the moon. Hopefull you can help us save the world. Hahahahahah. I love saying that. I hope you enjoy your journey. Don't worry, that dagger is nothing more than a hand-me-down. It does nothing but makes sure you keep to your pilgrimage."

About a week into his travels, Xin come across a small village
"hmm... Ragpick...looks peaceful"
Suddenly Xin is ambushed by a Giant boar, its hits him hard in the back making him pass-out in front of the village entrance.
