Disney talk!

Honestly, I like most of the Disney movies, before everything switched to compy done (except "Pocahontas". SO many things wrong in that movie. *frustrated sigh*). Though I slowly learned to love "Tarzan" and "Hercules". HATED "Atlantis" and those following. And now they think turning 3D will fix it. HAH!

Poor Walt.

I know Pixar is owned by Disney (for now), but I really don't consider it Disney material. I remember when I saw commercials for "Finding Nemo" on an early tape for some other movie. It looked like the most ridiculous, poorly written thing possible. Then the movie came out. Love.

So far, everything Pixar I've loved. Admittedly, "The Incredibles" is possibly my least favorite, but it's still high on the list of good movies. (Least favorite Pixar, but will still watch repeatedly.)

And someone actually remembers "The Great Mouse Detective" besides me. heart I always get upset when they bring out Disney movie toys, and there's none for that! GRAWR!

Sub v. Dub

I prefer subs, just because it's original format, and it feeds my slight obsession with other languages. Often, though, I'm stuck with dubbed. My mom can't read fast enough to keep up with subs, so unless I want to read the whole thing out loud for her, dubs it is when watching together. (Although she keeps up quite well with subbed "Eyeshield 21", impressively enough.)

FF7! Still trying to finish the game, mostly because I'm one of those freaks that will get really far into a game, then instead of just running off to fight the boss at the end, I'll level up a few more times first just for the Hell of it. sweatdrop

Lego FF7...rock.

I was never a fan of Aeris in FF7. I could barely stand her, honestly. *cheers for Tifa* However, in everything else she's in...(Advent Children, Kingdom Hearts, etc.) I like her. Weird.

Cloud was hot, but too angsty for my tastes. And in the movie? They were all too pretty! I don't like girly looking boys!

Seph was hotter when he looked like a lego.

Tifa vs. Aeris >> I guess, compared to Tifa, I liked Aeris a lot more because she seemed like the dependable one (to me), and she honestly didn't have DDDDDDD boobs xd And she was pretty x: I had an infatuation with pink when I first started the game, so when I saw how tasteful Aeris looked, I was like "Wow...she's my favorite!"

Yes, I began playing FF7 in 1998, I was eight at the time and managed to get as far as Cloud's flashback scene xd

Sub vs Dub >> Mmph~ There are some anime out there with pretty decent dubs. Like Gokusen for example. I also like the Haibane Renmei dub, but I know there's a few people that would disagree with me on that xp

Likewise, there are some pretty terrible dubs as well. I can't remember the name of the anime, I think it was called Meteor 9 or something (it was basically about a team of girls who had to destroy meteors that would potentially destroy the Earth...on a daily basis) and the dubs were terrible X_X They gave one of the main characters a Tennesse accent. Coh~

AD - The way I can afford not to work for 3 months is; My rent is cheap, I barely eat anything that costs a lot, and I only pay 1 bill for $120 dollars every month. Every month I need about $800 to survive. And the place I work I can make close to $200 every weekend on a bad tip night and a zero wedding weekend. Plus Xmas time was good and I saved a lot of cash.

XD I saw Howl's a few months ago.. Oh how I love it. You can get a huge set bootleg in Hong Kong for like.. $30.. of all the Miyazaki films.. according to my friend who did that. XD!

And I too watch anything subbed. The male's voices are especially the sex when left the way they are, like in Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, and Howl's Moving Castle. xd

AD: I hate clogged toilets as much as I hate those things you put in the shower drain to catch the hair.. because the clogs up anyways!! And by the time I'm finished with my shower... I'm standing in like.. 6 inches of water!!!

Laitue: I actually liked Toy Story 1 & 2, Monster's Inc., The Incredibles , A Bug's Life, and Finding Nemo for the 3D stuff.. but anything after that was really a mess. D: It's like.. less thought in it as time goes on.

I hate American voice actors. =o= They treat it like.. it's nothing! Some are so expressionless.. that I want to strangle the cartoon on the show.. except... I end up shaking the TeeVee instead.

I'd rather start school at 9. I've been going at 7 AM since freshmen year.

QA: I hate it when heaters break. I have such low blood pressure, that I have to sit next to one on cold nights, or I literally turn into a human ice cube.

I agree with most of your Disney philosophy, but I must say that I loved Hercules, and Pocahontas wouldn't bother me so much if I hadn't learned it's real history.

And the fact she was wearing that kind of clothing, when she doesn't really in real history, bugs me too. As my cousin said in days of old, "It looks like she's not wearing any underwear." XD!!!!!!!

I think Cowboy Bebop was dubbed fairly well. Though some of the people who did the dub were fairly well known in other animes that I never saw the face of the character, but the face of a character from Pokemon or something.

I wanna see Eyeshield 21 anime. ;_;

Sad how I can't relate to Final Fantasy stuffs.. I've never played or even looked at FF7 on the PS, and the only one I've come in contact with, is FFX. Which, I must say, I loved Lulu in. I hated Tidus, the whiniest male voice known to mankind.

Of course, I like Auron and Wakka. XD

And I better start coming in more often, because the size of this post was just ridiculous. I feel so out of place without Shiro in here doing the same thing. XD
