Um...I think your thinking of Oekaki, not Omake.

Omake as those cute and often random comci things at the end of a comic or jsut a illistration. It means 'Extra'

Oekaki is a online art board thingy..

ok, remember that long long long long thing the Boss Posted in the Interesting Pictures thread? The one made in Photo Shop? OK, due to it's pixelated goodness, that was Oekaki. No smudging, no soft edges, just pixels. It's a very hard art to master.
