I am so, so sorry. sweatdrop I swear I didn't die, just a lot happened. First, work was suffering through Inventory. They asked me to come in extra hours just to help, so I didn't have a lot of free time. Then right after I caught a really bad flu. Have you ever babbled nonsense to a wall? o_o;

I know it doesn't sound like much, but it's been hard enough to even find time for a decent amount of sleep. But I'm finally caught up, feel much better, and have free time again. Yay!

I plan a trip to Florida in summer. All hail vacations!

I failed my driver's test! =___= For making an unnecessary stop at an intersection that had a sign "yield to pedestrians." Needless to say, the examiner said I made a "dangerous maneuver" which is a "critical error" and failed me. There wasn't even another damn car or pedestrian in the intersection!

darkish: gonk ! that's horrible! and absolute crap at that. ~_~ don't feel bad, a friend of mine failed hers at least 4 or 5 times. not to mention that's a stupid thing to fail you for. my mother ran a stop sign, now THAT got her failed. but that...is crap. xd

axel: I know! They should have just taken off a point for making an "unnecessary stop" which is one of the categories under the residential area portion of the test! Those meanies.

I think he was just looking for an excuse to fail me. -___-

EDIT: turns out I got the guy my friend warned me about, the "asian" guy who looks for any excuse to fail someone.

H4PPY TW0!!!

Two years ago, GASOC was founded out of the indignant rage of two women whose degree of sanity was never quite...certain. I'm not sure if I ever expected that rage to have spawned something so great. Nor did I honestly expect the guild to have lasted this long, but I'm certainly glad that it did. After two years of art parties and other forms of chaos, I can't really imagine not having met so many of you.

We've certainly been through a lot. College applications, class miseries (and triumphs), graduations, job finds, job losses, and hurricanes. And every step of the way, I'm glad that many of you felt as though you could come here and find people who could offer advice and support.

I hope that GASOC's third year will be just as great as its past two. We've got some new faces mixed in with the old and our strange little family is still going strong.


Here's to Year Three - and a whole new mess of adventures.

Okay, so part of me feels really a bit weird about randomly jumping in after all of this time... and for such an occasion, too... (Thanks to AD *cough*)

After all of these times and trials, I'm glad to see that this place is still going strong.

You guys never cease to impress me. wink

Anyway, just in case I fail to be active for a while (which is just so, SO unfortunate for all of you... biggrin ) I hope you guys don't cause too much trouble in the months of madness to come.
