blushing a bit as they walked, hopefully no one came out of their rooms at this time of day... especially since they both wore nothing more than mere pieces of fabric against them. Julie smiled at the carrots comment, she herself didn't eat too much veggies though salads were quite refreshing. Her train of thought was brought back however as she then asked "Umm... Lilly... is it alright to call you that? ... Umm... I was kind of wondering umm... would you like to stay here?... I mean... if you don't it's totally alright... I was just wondering and umm... yeah..." Julie rambled about with the last of her sentence as she then giggled at the last part embarrassingly.

Lilly gave Julie her sad smile again. "I'm happy to stay as long as you're willing to have me..."
Her smile faded and she reached out to touch Julie's hair. "You can call me whatever you wish, Julie."
The unicorn gave her snow-leopard companion another kiss before she moved further down the stairs. "Food, now...."

Pondering upon why Lilly had such sadness upon her beautiful face, Julie was then reminded of her current mission, food. Smiling, she cautiously held Lilly's hand to lead her to the kitchen. Hopefully it'd be alright. On their way down the corridor that would lead right to the kitchen, Julie then said "Lilly... I'm glad that I met you... I'd like for you to stay for as long as you'd feel comfortable..." Clinging onto Lilly's arm she then continued walking with her.

Lilly chuckled. "It's good to have met you too, Julie. You're so cute and self-conscious."
She swished her tail in glee as they entered the kitchen.

Julie tilted her head to the side at Lilly's statement as she then smiled and walked into the kitchen with Lilly. It was a wonderful feeling that she couldn't explain whenever it came about. Her heart fluttered around Lilly and she blushed quite a lot, she felt warm in her embrace and was extremely happy to see her. Opening the fridge, Julie looked around for some carrots for Lilly and a cake for herself. Handing over a bowl of some new carrots that had been probably bought the night before by Chiemi, she then brought out a piece of strawberry shortcake and set it on the table. She was rather content sitting there with Lilly and taking small bites out of her dessert.

Lilly devoured the carrots in quick, dainty short bites, eating them quickly, but graciously. "Thank you. I was starving. You gave me quite a work-out last night." She muttered conversationally, well aware that it would probably make Julie blush.

Julie entire face became red with embarrassment as she stuttered "R-really? ... I... I ... I don't think that umm... I could've really.. um... given that much of a work out..." Her last words came out in a sqeak as she was indeed quite worked up over the statement. Julie tried to finish off her slice of cake in a bit of a hurry as Lilly had already finished her carrots. Swallowing the last bits, there were a bit of crumbs here and there upon her mouth but she was quite sure that there wasn't too much to worry about. She'd been quite the messy eater as a child though she really did try hard to not get too messy.

Lilly laughed as full throated as she ever got, it was a soft, gentle laugh. She rocked back on the chair before she finally stopped and reached out, gently brushing the crumbs off Julie's face with her thumb, fingers lingering over the other woman's mouth.
"You're adorable, sweet Julie. Now we should bathe and dress, don't you agree? Will you show me more of this wonderous home of yours?'

Julie smiled as a pink hue coveted her cheeks. She nodded as she then took Lilly's hand and walked through her home. It was quite big with many different rooms. Smiling, Julie then said "We have lots of different personalities that live in this home. Chiemi stays central so that if there's trouble she can have close access to everyone. We're pretty much in the back of the mansion, but it does have the nicest view. That lake where we were at can be seen from the second floor, and all of those tree as well, quite beautiful indeed. It's fun to be here. It'd seem cold to others because of how big this place is but it's really quite warm and cozy... everyone is pretty much kind to each other and well... I don't know... it's a wonderful feeling to be at home for me... I'd love to raise children here, the atmosphere is really... comforting..." Arriving in front of her room door, Julie smiled and said "Well... um... I have a bath connected to my room... it's not as big as the main one next to Chiemi's but I'd say 5 people could comfortably sit in it... did you want to take a shower first or should I?" Julie blushed as she pondered upon how this arrangement would work out.

Lilly smiled devillishly and dragged Julie toward the bathroom. "It would be nice for children. The palace never had such a relaxed atmosphere..." Her eyes drifted away and then she opened the bathroom door.
"I think we'll have to compromise. Let's shower together."

Julie loved the idea of Lilly and her having children, though, would she want children with Julie, she thought to herself. Blinking her cheeks stained as she looked at the pool of the usually warm water and then at Lilly. Trying to think about something else other than how she'd have to open up the cloth that was covering her she then asked "Would... you... want children ummm... with me?" Her face was probably as red as a tomato by now. The question as well seemed to make Julie embarrased, though probably something that she'd get used to once she lived with Lilly for long enough. Clinging to her cloth lightly though, she was still uncomfortable with her own body and now they were about to bathe... oh dear...

Lilly looked up at Julie a little sharply. "C-children?" She repeated dumbly. The ex-princess didn't think she'd be a very good mother. She was too sad, not assertive, or strong enough or fast enough or... a wave of golden hair fell over her eyes as she disrobed and entered the warm water before them, totally unconscious of her own body.
"Children? I'm..." What was she going to say then? "...not..." and here as well, her mind reeled. "... normally asked that sort of thing..." her golden orbs turned back to beautiful, self-conscious Julie and she softened. "But for you..."

Tilting her head to the side she wondered if she had crossed a line that she was not supposed to. She still stood there, clinging to her sheets for dear life as she quietly apologized "... I-I'm sorry... I didn't mean to ask it... if you don't want to answer, it's really alright with me..." Blinking she wondered how she'd have children then... Lilly was the only truly cherished person in her heart, so who could she possibly have children with... who else was she close to... her sister? ... no... that was a definate no... shaking her head she walked to the water's edge and clung to her thin sheets to sit down on the ledge and allow her legs to soak in the water.

Lilly's ears had turned a light pink and she realized that she wasn't the only one embarrassed by such thoughts. "It's not that- it's.... I.... I.... wasn't really thinking about children.... when your family is... children are just a byproduct of political need, not like.... not like a child with you...." Lilly shifted and drifted closer to Julie, lifting the snow-leopard's chin with one finger. "A product of love...."

Smiling at what Lilly had to say, she gave a peck on the lips to her and said "Thankyou..." Snuggling into Lilly as she gave her a hug. She wondered what a life with Lilly and children would be like. Smiling as she daydreamed, she knew it'd be wonderful. A life with Lilly and children would be wonderful indeed...
