Negi looks between them before remembering the note in his pocket. "Hmm..." He frowns a bit. He still has to deliver it, and sooner would be better, right? He fingers the note a bit, thinking about it for a bit before deciding that it would indeed be best to do it now. With most of the students he would bring along working on finding Konoka, he would seem to need to go alone... He felt nervous about doing so, though. He takes out his student listings and scans them before his eyes make contact with a girl named Seraphim. She wasn't there for the field trip, nor had she been attending classes at all... how odd. She lives in Kyoto, it would seem... time to pay a visit~ "Well, it seems as though there is a student that lives here... she hasn't been showing up, so I'm going to go find her. It shouldn't take too long, and maybe I can bring her with my on my deliver for a chastising... or something. If she is, in fact, home..."

Kazumi did not let any surprise show on her face. To make sure, she took the hannya mask that rode on the side of her head and slipped it over her face. While Yuuna-san was still close, she said quietly, "I have voice recordings, though if you need 'her' to say anything meaningful, we're going to need a computer with the right kind of editing programs." then she pushed the mask up, and said in a more normal voice, "Bad idea, too hot."
Ken tried not to let anything show on his face except relief. Inside the turmoil still churned. None of the others seemed to have the problem he was having. he could forget for short periods of time, but always it came back to a girl had been kidnapped and he had not been able to stop it and even now was not doing anything to get her back. He tried to put aside these thoughts and tried to put Tatsumiya's advice into action, to find that calm and quiet. She had used an odd metaphor--that of a typhoon, or more familiarly to him, a hurricane. Snatches of conversation and disjointed phrases came back to him.
Mana merely nodded her head, taking in all that Akashi-san regaled Asakura with. She wondered how this plan would work and how would they go about forcing confessions from those they captured, if any. She hoped there would be a place they could all retire to and hash out what was expected of everyone. It looked like it would get dangerous rather quickly.

Akari watches the show, actually finding it quite boring. Sliding off his shoulders, carefully maneuvering herself down, she lands on the ground next to him, straightening her attire so she didnt look like a wreck. "It's alright, but I'd rather see nothing and be beside you." She stands next to him, smiling warmly. Shows werent her type of thing anyways. She holds his hands and manages to push themselves a little closer, so they could at least see a little better from before, but not much. Taking his hand, she places it back on her waist where he had it earlier, liking it there.

She tilted her head to the side, as though questioning the false statement, but her voice whispered, "No, we only need a short sample of her voice. Claude-san can impersonate her voice once he's heard enough of it." She gave a nod, then said, "Yeah, I guess it would be too hot to wear something like that," as though they'd been discussing costumes from the shop they stood outside. She turned to head toward the shop, passing by Mana as she did, and as she passed, she quietly requested, "You've got good eyes, right Mana-san? Keep an eye out to see if anyone's paying us too much attention, hm?" And then she disappeared into the costume shop, leaving 'Konoka' under the eyes of Kazumi, Mana, and Ken.

Kazumi fished around in the recesses of her yukata for her little pouch and came up with her recorder. "Ah, Konoka-san? Good thing you;re here. There are some follow up questions i wanted to ask you. But first, we should refresh your memory." It took a few tries of rewinding and fast-forwarding, but she found the interview where she had cornered Konoka-san after witnessing one of the o-miai the dean, her grandfather, had set up.
Ken stepped up to offer Konoka a takoyaki ball and in doing so also took up a flanking position. He took out his cellphone and began snapping pictures of some of the more interesting costumes, but all the while, he kept his eye out for those from the night before.
Mana shook her head when she saw what Ken was doing. It was OK to have props but not ones you would not mind dropping at a moment's notice. She wondered how much time he would lose putting away the phone before drawing? Any time was too much time.
On the other hand, her prop was about six feet of rather stout wood and had some rather substantial ornamentation topping it off; she was already, technically, armed. She turned away from Ken, trusting that he would at least keep an eye on his quadrants.
