Hello y'all.

I fell in love with anime way back (see my username to guess how far back I fell in love with this stuff when I was a wee kid). For some reasons, I still cling to the old classics (Star Blazers for example). I still collect both manga and anime occassionally, but not often (have other debts to worry about). Unfortunately, sad to say, I am currently out of the loop of anime stuff. I'm what you might call 'rusted'. I don't have TV or cable, so everything I get is from the internet (news, etc.).

Yes I can survive without any TV or cable! I've been off it for a few years now. mrgreen

Of course, take my comp away and I'll go through withdrawal...

Hello. I am Yizel or Zel-chan to some. I am what is called an Otaku in training. I became interested in anime at a young age. Even the simplest one's for some reason. I got into manga some time later and have been training every since. I am please to introduce myself to everyone. Oh right and some of my favorite anime's are .hack, Hellsing, Shakugan no shaana. There's more but no sense in making a list.

I watch too many animes and read too many manga to have a specific favorite.. (I'm going to post a list on my profile soon)

I started watching anime when Sailor Moon was still showing on Cartoon Network(those were the good days.. YuYu Hakusho and Sailor Moon showing, and at a decent time).

I'm currently trying to learn to speak Japanese and several other languages(ASL, and a bit of French and Italian).

In addition to anime and manga, I love music, dancing, and video games(Roleplaying games for the most part). My favorite music genre is J-pop, and I ha ve my favorite artist in my interest list on my profile.

I hope to have a lot of fun in this guild! 4laugh
