Amaranth looked into his eyes, feeling her own well up with tears. She wanted to tell him she cared too, but the words wouldn't come. They caught in her throat, and stuck fast. "Kyou..." She could only murmur his name.

"Well lets go to sleep and talk in when we get up so i helped her lay down and i told her"Goodnight sleep good okay" and then i was starting to fix my bed on the floor."

"Kyou, please don't sleep on the floor," she said softly. "If you won't let me sleep on the floor, at least sleep on the bed with me." She looked at him, and she meant it. "I'm not going to let you sleep on the floor," she said.

"Are you sure you want me to i don't mind sleeping on the floor"and i look at her and it seem like she was saying the truth but i still had to ask.

"Yes I'm sure," she said. "Now come on. Get off the floor and in your bed." She shook her head. She wished she could tell him, but she couldn't, and she'd have to just accept that for now.

"So i went on the bed and lay down next to her and i we went to sleep after a while."

Amaranth fell asleep soon after she heard his breathing slow, signaling that he'd fallen asleep.

When she awoke the next morning, she headed downstairs to make some food. She was careful not to awake Kyou as she got up and headed downstairs. She started going through the fridge to see what they had. She found some ham, eggs, potatoes, and tortillas, so she started making breakfast burritos.

When she awoke the next morning, she headed downstairs to make some food. She was careful not to awake Kyou as she got up and headed downstairs. She started going through the fridge to see what they had. She found some ham, eggs, potatoes, and tortillas, so she started making breakfast burritos.

"I woke up and saw that Amaranth wasn't there and then i went downstairs to see what there was to eat since i haven't eaten just the sandwich. And then i saw her there in the kitchen and i ask her "What are you doing up so early and what are you making to eat."

"I always get up early," she said, continuing to cook. She didn't even pause as Kyou had come in. "And I'm making breakfast burritos - eggs, bacon, potatoes. That's about it. It's simple, but they taste really good and they're pretty good for you." She smiled, the food amost done cooking.

"I always get up early," she said, continuing to cook. She didn't even pause as Kyou had come in. "And I'm making breakfast burritos - eggs, bacon, potatoes. That's about it. It's simple, but they taste really good and they're pretty good for you." She smiled, the food amost done cooking.

"I was puzzled and i looked at Amaranth and sat down on the sit and lay my head on the table just waiting."

It was soon done, so Amaranth grabbed a totilla and put eggs, bacon, and potatoes in it. She rolled it up and put it on a plate, giving it o Kyou. "Here you go," she said, throwing another one together for herself. She looked towards his parents' room. "I'll make some for them too," she decided and put together a few more burritos.

"Um thank you Amaranth you don't have to do this you know.I could of found something to eat it's okay.So how are you doing?So did you sleep okay last night?

"I don't mind doing this, really," she said. "And yeah, I slept well. How about you? Did you sleep allright?" She looked over at him before grabbing her plate and sitting down across from him. "And I'm fine, don't even worry. How are you?"

Amaranth shrugged. 'I don't know...I can't very well find work anymore..." She looked down at her food. "B-but I'll eventually find something to do..." She finally picked up her food and took a bite, but then she claimed she wasn't hungry, got up, and threw away her food. "I'll be in the room," she muttered.

"I sat there for a while worried about Amaranth that she might end up getting hurt or something and i know i can't always be with her but still i want to protect her unlike i did with Ran."
