Jaxine buried her head in his chest once more, forgetting about everything else. This was where she wanted to be, and what she had given her heart away for. Even though it might not happen more often, she had it now and that satisfied her.
"I always hoped this would happen one day..." She was still smiling as she said that to him.

Larxene frowned at the sudden hit. They weren't that hard to dodge! "You can do better than that, Shaxirma." The woman stated, not caring if it would insult the girl or motivate her.
The Dusks began to attack again the moment they were close enough to the girl.

Myrthe was still blushing but tried to relax where she was sitting. She had never done this before! Where she came from, she had been the weirdest and most daring one. Here... she didn't seem to be alone.
"Can I have a drink too?!" She asked cheerfully.
Xigbar smirked, "I must say Xemnas picked a fun one for us to play with!"

"You don't sound like she's okay..." Lars asked worried. Would she be hiding something from him? He hoped not. Then again, he could understand why she would.

Allayx glanced up at her teacher. "Except for thinking, I'm not really doing anything useful... master." She told him honestly.
"Although I did want to speak to you about one of the members who seems to be... running from you?" Straight to the point seemed to be the best way to talk with Saïx.

All this time, Jaxine had wanted affection. Xemnas had been neglectful of that. He always looked to the future, to make it better for both of them. What he didn't realize was the present. It had never been so demanding as this moment was with Jaxine.
Xemnas held her close. He would never admit to being ungrateful. He knew what he had left now.

Larxene stated something Shaxirma already knew. She lashed out even faster at the approaching Dusks. They were not going to get the better end of this.

Luxord offered his bottle to Myrthe. He didn't mind swapping spit. She was his girlfriend. He dealt the cards out again. Everyone had separate hands, but it was still a team effort to win. However teams worked in poker. Luxord had never tried it before.
“Have you seen some of those other apprentices?” Axel took a huge gulp from his bottle. “I don't know how you can stand it, Xig. You got to be talking to a brick wall all the time.”

“She is!” Xathere answered quickly as to not let Lars think there was something wrong. “We just don't see eye-to-eye yet.”
They never would. Xigbar didn't seem to be any better, so there was no jealousy towards the sibling there. Anyone else that wasn't family didn’t seem like a good choice for a mentor either. Xathere was stuck where she was.

“Demyx.” Saix sighed. There were few people that he did chase after. Most of the time it was the water wielder. “Which way did he go?”

Jaxine let out another yawn as she slowly drifted off into the most peaceful sleep she had ever had. There was absolutely nothing to be afraid of right now, which was the first time she had ever experienced no fear.

"That looks better." Larxene answered pleased as she continued to watch the battle.

Myrthe shoke her head with a laugh but took the bottle. What did it matter anyway? Drinking some, she realized it tasted pretty well! She hadn't ever drank before...
"I know right! I wish Xemnas had given me another one... not that the others look very fun either! Seen Saïx'? She's like Xion. Rarely showin' her face." Xigbar said as he continued to empty his bottle.

"I understand." Lars gave a small nod as his hand went upwards to scratch his head a little. It itched!
"And how are all the others? Who are they?" He asked curiously, although he noticed he was slowly getting tired.

"He said he'd be in the pool if I needed him." Allayx shrugged. "Not that I would ever need someone like him." She added in her strong but calm voice. It was true. The boy didn't look like he could help her. He would run away the moment she lost control of the Darkness.

More relaxed, Xemnas hadn't noticed how tense he was until this moment. He was always ready to act in a second's notice. It would take him longer now, if they were to be suddenly attacked. He would get a much deeper sleep than what he was used to, which were small naps.

Acting faster now, Shaxirma could not let herself be beaten. Larxene seemed to be a more demanding mentor than Marluxia. He was satisfied as long as she could hit Heartless. Larxene wanted more accuracy.

Luxord chuckled at Myrthe reaction. She didn't detest the stuff, like a few Nobodies would. Morality was a thing of the past to most of them. He peered over her shoulder to see what cards she had been dealt.
“Tastes good, doesn't it?” Luxord placed his chin on her shoulder, pulling her even more back into his lap by an arm around her waist.
“Well that pair will work out! Saix is boring, she's probably the same way too!” Axel kept on drinking, stopping once in a while to say something. The game would be a lot more fun if he was drunk. Maybe that's how Xigbar and Luxord got so much entertainment out of it. “And Xemnas keeps his apprentice very close. Have you noticed that?”
What could be going on there, Axel wondered.

Xathere grabbed Lars' hand away from his head. “You'll make it worse if you do that.”
She let go, blushing at the sudden way she acted. Looking away, Xathere thought over the Organization. She knew very little.
“Xemnas is our leader. He and his apprentice both have grey hair, but they're far from being old. Xigbar is my brother's mentor. He has an eyepatch and is nice, I guess. Hataxn looks just like Lexaeus. There's Xaldin. He has dreadlocks, but I don't know anything else about him. You know Vexen.” Xathere stopped to think some more. “Lexaeus will be nicer than him, but I don't think he likes you that much right now. Zexion is short. He also has an apprentice. Axel does too. So does Saix. He's very strict, and deals the punishments. Demyx has a guitar for a weapon. Then there's Luxord. Then Marluxia and his apprentice. Lastly is Larxene and me.”

“No, you wouldn't.” Saix agreed. “You also don't need to be socializing with Marluxia's apprentice. That can only lead to trouble for us.”
Allayx might have something against this order. She and Shaxirma seemed to get along fine.

As Jaxine fell asleep, she unconciously wrapped her arm around his waist. Yet her arms were too short to really hug him. Xemnas was a big person.

The Dusks attacked her all at once, making Larxene wonder if the girl would notice in time or not. She observed with great interest.

Myrthe blushed slightly as she was being pressed against the male's body. "It surely does." She answered, although it was less happy than normal. It was more surprised and softer thanks to his actions. He wasn't necessarily making her uncomfortable, it just felt weird.
"They could be family! I mean, look at their appearance! What other person has silver hair except for Xemnas? She!" Xigbar didn't even take it seriously as he was drunk by now. Besides, the thought was stupid anyway! He simply waved it off and concentrated on his cards.

Lars was surprised at her action but nodded with a smile. "It just itches..."
He listened intently to her explenation of the members. Sounded like an odd group, all together. "Are the apprentices nice?" Another question to which he'd like to know the answer.

"May I ask why, master?" Allayx asked curiously. She had seen it coming, although it was unfortunate. A good reason could help her with judging if the girl could really cause trouble or not. Then again, she would listen to her teacher no matter what. It was best, for now.

It was like Jaxine was a baby all over again. Xemnas thought about it. He hadn't held her so close since then. He couldn't remember how his former self had been as a father.
Xemnas could tell that she had fallen asleep. That was good. Too many emotions had tired her.

Shaxirma couldn't get them all. She swung at the Dusks in front of her, while the ones behind her attacked her back. She fell to her hands and knees.

“Not a bad hand.” Luxord commented. He and Myrthe were going to win this. Xigbar and Axel didn't stand a chance.
“I bet she's Xemnas' female replica. He probably had Vexen make her.” Axel came up with the wild guess. He was getting just as drunk as Xigbar. His bottle was empty. They were making quite the mess with the empty glass bottles laying around.

Putting more thought to it, Xathere didn't know. “I think so. I haven't talked to many other than you and Hataxn. But I guess they are nicer. They don't have anything to hide like our superiors do.”
There was a huge difference between the apprentices and mentors in behavior.

“I am not fond of her master. That is all you need to know.” Saix stated. Allayx needed no more explanation than that. It was too early for any apprentice to know about traitors. The Organization had to appear to be a secure group of people working for the goodwill of everyone.

"Get up, girl. You won't let them beat you, will you?" Larxene said in a mean way. "One of the other apprentices had absolutely no problem with defeating them!"
The Lesser Nobodies came at the girl again, leaving no time for their opponent to recover.

Myrthe smiled at Luxord's cards, "Neither is yours." She took their bottle and drank some more, starting to think it tasted delicious. Why hadn't she ever tried it before?
"Ha, so he has someone to spend the night with!" Xigbar added with a perverted grin.

"They hide something from us?" Lars frowned. He didn't like the sound of the group so far. It seemed like some sort of prison, from what he had heard. He really didn't look forward to getting better and meeting everyone.

"Even though you are obviously hiding something, I will accept the answer." Allayx gave him a nod, although she wasn't happy with it. "I won't talk to her anymore, unless really necessary."

Shaxirma sliced at some Dusk feet before getting up. Another apprentice could defeat Dusks too? So she wasn't the only one around who had skills.
Up on her feet, Shaxirma attacked the Dusks again.

Luxord laughed. “We will win these next few rounds, surely.” Myrthe was drinking up their bottle. That was just fine with him!
“I guess there's more to him to love.” Axel said with a big grin. “I bet she beats talking to the moon all night long.”

“That's what I've been told.” Xathere said. She was never told what it was, just that there were more things than just Kingdom Hearts. Either Xathere would have escaped before those other plans were in action, or they would have little to do with her.

“Good enough.” Saix said. Allayx suspected something. Not good. However, that could be left alone for now. He went off to find Demyx.

Larxene sighed, "You're taking way too long!" She would have already killed them all off by now. Then again, she was experienced... the apprentice probably wasn't. And if she was, this would be taking too long.

Myrthe began to feel even more happy as before, "We will! No one can beat us!" She relaxed once more, getting quite comfortable in the position she was. Or perhaps it was the alcohol that made her think so...
"Probably! We should go check it out tonight! And if we can't find her there we should check his bedroom!" Hey, why not. It wasn't like their leader had anything to hide, right?

"I see." Lars thought about it, but that wouldn't give him answers. Instead, he began to wonder about something else.
"If you don't mind me asking... If Lexaeus is your father... who is your mother?"

Allayx watched Saïx leave and continued on her way, not sure of where to go to next. There could be people in the Grey Area, of course, but she wasn't sure she actually wanted to converse with people. Really, she felt like checking out the pool, but she really didn't want to look like she was spying on her master. So that wasn't going to happen.

Demyx was happily in the water as he totally forgot about his mission and about Saïx. He made all kinds of shapes out of it using his power and swam around cheerfully. This was the best place Xemnas had made so far!

That only made Shaxirma try harder. The Dusks moved fast, and were tougher than Heartless. She could have been one, if she hadn't been any stronger.

Just what Luxord wanted! Myrthe to cuddle right into him! He grabbed another whiskey bottle from the crate he had next to his chair and opened it. “It's a shame Xemnas didn't give you to me.”
“Sure! If you want to be a Dusk!” Axel didn't. There were just some things he did not test with Xemnas. However, with the more alcohol he drank, the more Axel could be talked into Xigbar's newest scheme.

None of the masters would want apprentices to know (with the exception of Xigbar). Xathere wouldn't let that stop her, though.
“Her name's Naxsatha. She was kicked out of the Organization, I think. They keep her in the prisons below.” She kept out a part of that.

Saix opened the door to the pool area, slamming it into the wall. If that wasn't enough to make his entrance known to the foolish boy, then nothing was. And of course, Demyx was in the middle of the pool. Hard to access.

Two of them tried to hit the girl once more, one of them had disappeared after having taken too much damage and the other two were still trying to get close to Shaxirma. Larxene was pleased to see the girl's dedication. Finally someone to listen to her!

"That he didn't give me to you doesn't mean we can't spend time together!" Myrthe chuckled as she thought about it. But no, she preferred Axel as her master. "Besides, Axel is a very good teacher!"
"As if! We just need to make up some excuse for if he sees us!" Xigbar laughed, but frowned as he looked at all of his cards. "I've got a pair." Which probably wouldn't be enough to beat both Luxord and Myrthe.

This confused the boy a bit. "Why was she kicked out but held prison?" He asked curiously, but worried at the same time. "I'm sorry to hear that about your mother though..."

Demyx was startled at the noise and almost drowned in the water as he saw Saïx. No, how did he find him! He had the perfect hiding spot! No one ever came here except for him!
The boy stayed in the water thouh as he stared at the bluenette with fear in his eyes.
PostPosted: Sat Apr 28, 2012 12:49 pm
Shaxirma kept them away with her katana. She hit both of them. They had to be close to death!

“I don't doubt that. He's got more experience showing new members around than any of us do!” Luxord placed his bet on the table. He had no fear of losing it.
“Fine! I'll help you spy on Xemnas! I'm not afraid!” Axel said, the alcohol now taking over his speech. Anything to prove that he was just as manly as Xigbar, or even more!

Xathere shrugged it off. “I haven't seen her since we came here.”
She did miss Naxsatha. She now knew how tough it was to be a Nobody. It was rough living.
“She was caught trying to help an enemy. And Xemnas doesn't believe that Nobodies can fall in love. Then Hataxn and I were born, too.”
There were a lot of factors to that question.

Seeing as Demyx wasn't going to get out of the water, Saix realized that he would have to get him. He scowled as he took his coat off and dove into the water after Demyx.

One of the two disappeared as the other two reached her as well. The three that were left began to attack Shaxirma, showing no mercy on the girl.

"He does? That's awesome!" Myrthe smiled as she took Luxord's bottle and began to drink some more... She had to admit... this stuff really was addicting.
"Gotcha!" Xigbar was pleased to hear Axel was coming with him. Time to show how fearless they were! As for the game, it was almost time for the showdown... damn. If Axel didn't have good cards it'd be over.

"I see." Lars gave her another small nod as he thought it all over. This was a lot of information to take in all at once.

Demyx quickly swam away with a scream of fear. Saïx couldn't get him! Oh, what to do, Demyx, what to do?!
PostPosted: Sat Apr 28, 2012 1:13 pm
She had to admit, this was exhausting. Shaxirma blocked what she could with the thin blade. Then swooped it in front of her. The Dusks had to be close to dying now. Two were already gone, and these ones were fighting desperately for their lives.

Luxord had only gotten one sip out of that bottle! Although he was already drunk. What did it matter to him now? Myrthe was joining the fun.
“Of course, beating him in a game is even more rewarding.” He said impassively. But he knew that would mean more to Myrthe.
“Betcha she won't be there.” Axel grumbled, already feeling like a sore loser with his horrible cards.

“Maybe we can go look for her someday.” Xathere perked herself up again. She had to stay happy for Lars. She wondered how he stayed awake so long to listen to all of this, which should have given him a worse headache.

Saix swam after Demyx. “You will not escape!”
He was quite irritated with Demyx. It was beginning to show.

Two more Dusks disappeared as they were hit with the blade. Just one was left, although it was close to dying as well.

Myrthe smirked at the though. "I already beat him a few times today!" She laughed as she handed the bottle back to Luxord.
"I'm quite sure she'll be! And if not, then whatever. At least we know then she's not his lover or anythin'!" Xigbar laughed at the idea of Xemnas and his apprentice being in a relationship.

"We should!" Lars thought it was a good idea. "Although, will your father allow it? I don't want to cause any trouble..."

"Aaaah!" Demyx gave another yell as he took a deep breath and went underwater. He had to think of something! ...Wait, water... He ordered the water to push Saïx backwards as he tried to make his way out of there.
