A few momments later, a series of whistles sounded and the caravan began with a slow lurch forward. Senaka laid a hand on Sukas' shoulder to steady herself. The crowd of people around her talked anxiously about the two day journey. Nearby hover bike gangs shouted to eachother and readied their guns in happy salute.
A large explosion just to the front of the caravan, made their short progress quickly hault. The many mercenaries were summoned to the fore, to protect the caravan supplies and passengers. But as they gathered on both sides and the front of the formation, more explosions sounded, scattering them all and killing many. The caravan itself was untouched.
"Oh dear," Senaka said faintly as she witnessed the destruction. For as the sand settled and everyone could see the aftermath, they all gazed upon a man atop a slick flying azure dragon. Even as they were all mesmerized by this lone figure, his dragon companion fired a bolt to his left causing another explosion to envelope the biker gang in a mound of sand.
"I am the great Noble Eklas. The caravan and all its valuables therein are to be placed in my care. If you do not wish to die, then I suggest you all jump ship and haul a** back to Akila," he shouted.
"Hmm, arrogant even after all these years," Senaka mused as she followed some of the paniking crowd off the ship. She would be at a disadvantage on it anyway. Walking towards the front of the caravan, she wondered if he would even remember her. Probably not, but who knows, right?

"How irritating," Noble Eklas growls, flicking his long blonde hair away from his face, revealing his boyish visage, complete with pale yellow eyes. With a nod in the direction, his dragon arched his neck and fired a bolt at the helicopter, clipping its tail.
The gang itself quickly dispersed and fought with the military men, some getting taken down, others managing to take out their quaries, but altogether making a hectik scene.
Senaka watched in disappointment, because she saw it counterproductive for humans to fight one another. There were so few of them to begin with, and life was too precious to be thrown away so carelessly.

"You really shouldn't have done that," she murmured to the general as she continued walking to the front.
"Feable humans, you think you have won?" came the arrogant taunt of Eklas. He stood alone, his dragon trailing behind him favoring a back leg.
With a laugh to send chills down your spine, he waved at the gang in dismissal. They had done their part. With a unified call, the gang went and grabbed the nearest military officer. As each officer was grabbed the gang memebers instantly blew up, taking their captives with them. As less and less of the mercenaries were left, the people began to panic, abandoning their vehicles to high tail it back to safety.
Senaka made it to the front of the caravan, now completly empty of people. She looked up at Eklas, her wolf at her side.
"Eklas, must you continue to make a nuisance of yourself?" she called, her hair whiping in the wind. " This needless killing is uncalled for."

"So lovely of you to join us, Sister Eternal Mist. It has been literally ages since we last were together. The humans call you Senaka now, don't they?" he answered with a smile on his face. "It is indeed a pity that you have fallen into such a lowly crowd. So undeserving of your love," he chided as he strode a little closer.
She bowed her head slightly in time with him, each showing their respect without lowering their eyes. "Yes, it has been a while Brother Eternal Flame. But unlike us, time has a way of changing things. Life is coming back and those who are alive should be given the opportunity," she responded taking a step closer.
"General, I suggest you leave the area immediately," she called out, never taking her eyes away from Eklas. "This one is out of your league."
"Oh, dear. Do you really mean to stop me from taking everything in this caravan?" he asked genuinely.
"No."
"Well, that's a relief."
"I am here for those who died in Trantil," she growled. "The hundreds you slaughtered when you were sent on a recovery mission. Their deaths are on your heads and I have come to stop you from adding more to your tally."
Eklas paled slightly as she spoke. He remembered that day, as clearly as she did.
Trantil was a very small village in comparison to Akila. It had one well for a watersource and had very meager crop production. The only thing that made any traveller want to come to such a place was the ancient ruins that lay underground in the caves at the outskirts of the town. Trantil was a place of religion to most. A place to test your faith and learn the ways of the ancients. Some of the Nobles who refused to take part in the world stayed hidden within like a monastary of sorts. They taught their ways to those deemed worthy. Senaka was staying there at the time to get the bessings of her elders before heading more south when she came acrossed Eklas, covered in blood. He walked into the main hall with a large insignia carved in stone. He held it out to her elders and said it was blessed with the blood of true believers. They took the object, puzzled but indifferent. They did not care much for the dealings of humans. Senaka had been horrified when she left to find half the towns people dead. She knew that many of her people didn't see human death as a tragedy, but she did. To her people, humans were a child species. A wild, unruly child that needed beating to remind it of its place. She went back to the monastary to confront Eklas only to find that he had departed. Three months later she stood in front of her brother, ready to kill him for this wrong doing to life.

For reference sake, that was power playing. You can't assume that when you do something it will hurt/injure/kill a character. Please refrain from it in the future. You can say that you did something, like the rockets for instance, but it is up to the player of a character to decide how they manage it. Whether they dodge, get hit or whatever. And another note, tanks would die in this sandy place. They are not equiped to travel in that sort of terrain. Try to be a bit realistic about this. Hence why I added the hover vehicles.
Senaka watched the scene play out, her mouth hanging open just a little. Not in all her life had she seen such an asinine human act so pompously. She was somewhat glad to see him retreat. Had she not just warned him to back down? His technology was inferior, almost toylike in comparison to that of her old home. Her people would indeed laugh at the sight of his planes and tanks. The one thing that stopped her from smiling was the excessive use of force. He was really going to hurt someone, probably an innocent bystander, something she would not stand for.
Eklas brushed the dust off his shoulder irritated with the humans as they fled. "That's right, run while you still can," he growled before turning to see Senaka and the new comer.
"Sister Eternal Whisper. What a surprise," Senaka greeted the new arrival with a slight bow. " I did not know that you had become a protector."
"What a warming sight. But it makes no difference," Eklas laughed as he walked closer. He took no notice of his dragons absense. The creature lay in the sand dead for a few momments, then began to twitch. A few momments later it rose from the ground and trotted after its master, as if it had never been touched.
"The humans you slaughtered, they deserved life more than you," Senaka seethed as he approached.
(Pheonixflager, just so you know. . . all the nobles have a name other than what they are commonly known as. Their given names are Eternal because they don't age, and whatever secondary word the noble chooses. Sorry if I named you something other than what you wanted, but I tried to make it simple yet pretty. If you want it something different, let me know and I'll change it. ^'^ And the sister/brother thing is said because they are all related as nobles. Not literally, but figuratively. In a sense it is like saying, "you are my equal." )
