Kazumi pulled her glasses off and dismissed the artifact. Holding the pactio card to her forehead, she tried to contact Negi. "Negi-kun? Where are you now? We're still at the Cinema Village. The fighting's over." She did not put much faith in the now captured enemy. Summoning her artifact once more, she put on her glasses and walked over to Konoka and the man. She cycled through the functions of her artifact until their spoken words were visible and colored by truth or lies.
Ken stood down though the little demons still surrounded them. It seemed that when their mistress had surrendered, the fight went out of them. Off in the distance, he heard the occasional shriek of protest or surprise from a woman. It seemed that not all the little monsters had gotten the message.
He did not holster his guns. Still keeping his fingers off the triggers, he dropped his hands, pointing the guns down. It was then he heard a very odd thing. He turned and for once did not believe his eyes; he stared at Tatsumiya.
Mana had picked up her staff and used it to tip her hat back, revealing her face. Her exotic look coupled with her bright eyes and genuine smile had drawn some people over. To help with matters, she walked over to the gathering crowds, away from her classmates. She jingled her staff for attention.
It was strange. These people had just seen a war break out in the street and suddenly it was all OK? He listened to her apologize for a show that had gone astray. Apologize for special effects that had not quite worked as planned. And apologize for actors that had been overzealous and for not preparing the audience in advance. He watched as she answered questions. He had never seen anyone lie so smoothly. He could learn a few things from her to improve his patter. It was a kind of magic. She calmed the people. Allowed them to believe that a war had not just broken out. That it was all just some mistake.
((Since no one was addressing this, i thought I should. I apologize for overstepping any boundaries.))

Yuuna hadn't ever handled a real gun before in her life, but she knew what a safety looked like. She safed the weapon, stuffed it into the inside pocket of her jacket, then stuffed her casters into the waistband of her jeans, before reaching over and grabbing Kazumi by the shoulder. "His text message said we need to meet him at a temple in front of the Kansai, wherever that is." She turned toward Katerine. "We've got a lead on Konoka-san from Negi-kun. You'll be coming with us, alright?" After that, she turned her attention to Mana and Ken. "We'll be moving on to meet up with Negi-kun outside the Kansai temple. Can you two stay here and back up Claude-san in case these two get uppity again?"
"That will not be necessary," came a new voice, feminine and hard-edged, as the woman in Mandalorian armor finally reached the group. She took several moments to focus the T-shaped visor of her helmet on Mana, Ken, Katerine, Yuuna, and Kazumi in turn, before she turned once more to Yuuna. "Your compatriots will accompany you. I shall remain here to ensure that the prisoners do not get 'uppity' as you put it."
"Just who the hell are you?" Yuuna asked, narrowing her eyes at the armored figure, hand straying toward her grenade pistol.
"A friend," the armored woman answered. With a nod of her head, she indicated the basketball gamer's hand. "Your hand would be on the ground before you could draw that weapon. Rest assured that I do not mean your group any ill will. I am here for that one." At this, she raised her gauntleted hand, index finger pointed unerringly at Tsukuyomi.
Yuuna doubted the validity of that threat, and under normal circumstances, she'd challenge it, but now was not the time for petty boasting of skill and ability. Nodding, she turned to look at Ken, Mana, Kazumi, and Katerine. "Come on, guys. Negi-kun's waiting for us."

Kazumi checked her messages. Negi was indeed requesting that they meet him at the entrance to the Kansai Headquarters. When that woman in armor interrupted, she walked away to inform Ken of the plans. He did not seem to be handling things well. He just stood there staring over at... Kazumi did a double-take... it was Tatsumiya and she was... charismatic. Well, that was neither here nor there. They had to go now.
Ken was still in shock over Tatsumiya's performance. Her delivery was so pleasant and friendly. It was like seeing someone else entirely. It was then he felt someone blow hot air into his ear. Startled, he jumped, spinning around and bringing his guns up. Asakura stood off to the side shaking her head.
"Most boys would enjoy a girl's breath blown in their ear. But you really aren't like most guys." She canted her head to the side, appraising him. "In any case, go get Tatsumiya, we're heading out."
Belatedly, Ken realized he still had his guns up. He hit the safeties and holstered the guns beneath his coat. As he approached Tatsumiya, he was surprised by a rising shout and suddenly, most of the crowd was bent over looking at the ground, their heads looking this way and that.
Mana turned at the sound of Ken's approach. She saw his puzzlement and said, "I told them they could keep the 500 yen coins as souvenirs." There was a slight smile on her face as she returned his slightly less puzzled gaze. "It's not worth my time to try to pick up every coin, besides, we're going to need a distraction to get out of here and what could be better?" She gestured with the hand wielding the staff toward the dispersing crowd, most hunched over and searching the ground.

She had not moved a single muscle during the course of the conversation, but anyone could tell she was in a reactionary stance, ready to throw down at any moment. However, she was bound by honor to avoid bloodshed if at all possible. "Your words condemn you. Disciplinary action would have been enough before, but your lack of respect can and probably will end up making you dar'shinmei."
She didn't expect Tsukuyomi to understand the word. It wasn't any language that Tsukuyomi would know, after all. But true to her passion, Kagami was fitting in pieces of Mando'a, the Mandalorian language, wherever she could. Literally, "dar'shinmei" meant "no longer of Shinmei." It took a general understanding of Mandalorian culture to understand just how dishonorable it is to be declared no longer anything in the eyes of a Mandalorian. However, despite not knowing the full meaning and cultural significance of the word, Tsukuyomi should be able to tell by context that she's referring to excommunication from the school.
"I will subdue you if you do not comply. Violence is not necessary."
