jake looked up at him with a glare "...its to late..." he said quietly as he looked down clearly sad"

"It's never too late..."

"It is...they will get married and then have kids and she will never know how I fell for her I go back to England tomarrow...I was hoping to bring her with me" He said to him getting up with another sigh

Derek tossed Jake his cellphone. "Call her... I have unlimited long distance..."

"She's working down the street...besides no" He said as he tossed his cell phone back as he headed for the door

Derek caught the cellphone then grabbed Jake's shoulder. "Think about it this way Jake... if you don't take a risk and tell her how you feel she could really love you and not be able to tell you 'cause she's married..."

"I'm too shy ok!" He shouted at him he took a deep breath looking in the other direction "I've tried...but it never seems to go right"

"Then maybe you should try what I did... make her indirectly state that she likes you... it'll make it easier."

"She's engaged it doesn't work that way...besides she never looked at me that way" He said quietly looking into the shop where she works

"Listen... just try okay... for me... for your future brother in law."

Jake sighed and leaned against the door it opening slightly under his weight "Well what do you want me to say just walk up to her and say Jessica I have been in love with you since we first met and I want you to marry me as well as return to London with me" He said just alittle to loud

"Not all at once... start with the I love you part then if she responds positively then you say the rest..."

Jake sighed looking at the open door and blush "She must of heard me" he said quietly as he moved from the door

Derek smiled and whispered, "oh no you don't you're gonna talk with her about what you said or I will call you a certain thing that insults a man's pride..."
