Sabre was smiling as he wandered into the backyard. Now where was this shed? Looking around the quickly darkening yard he spotted the shed and hurried over. Once inside it took alittle rummaging for him to find the bags. "Looks like this is starting to be plasuble." He said softly to himself as he lugged a couple of bags up on his shoulder. Moving back into the house he slid down to the pool, hoping to be quiet enough to get this down.

Alex sat one her bed, staring up at the ceiling and tail twitching. She was curious about what Sabre was up to, very curious. But she made a deal and Alex wasn’t one to go back on her word. Instead, her ears shifted every few moments, trying to catch anything that might be going on downstairs. But with no luck. With a sigh she flipped onto her stomach, burying her head into her pillow. Her left ear twitched as she heard someone. Was the voice talking? Alex couldn’t tell who it was or even what they were saying the voice was so muffled.

Gabriel was near fuming. He couldn’t believe his father, how selfish and uncaring he was. His voice had climbed to a yell but even standing right outside the door it was hard to understand. No, the room was built to keep things private when the door was closed. Gabriel didn’t mean to get the cook fired. He didn’t even know that Alex wasn’t supposed to have a salve. How could he know? The boy got there only yesterday. There was a tone, cutting him off mid sentence and looking at the screen he realized the man hung up on him. Gabriel was close to throwing the phone across the room but instead, glared at the cellular device, gripping it tightly.

Sabre was bringing in what was probably the tenth bag of sand with the rain started to pour. Letting out a laugh that couldn't be heard in the down pour he hurried towards the house. This should be good enough. He had everything else in place. Roughly an hour and a half after he started Sabre stopped smiling. Statisfied he decided it was time to get this show on the road. Going back the first floor he found the bikini Amy had bought Alex. Heading up the stairs he, Sabre slipped into his room changing into the tank top and trunks Amy had got him. Smiling he moved to Alex's room. "Milady? You can come out now." He called through the door with a knock.

Alex’s ears perked up before she even lifted her head. “I’m coming!” She said, nearly jumping up off the bed. Rushing to the door she opened it smiling and then blinking as she took in what Sabre as wearing. “Where are you going? It’s pouring outside…” Alex said, very confused at the sight.

Gabriel took a few minutes to calm himself. Now, he was back to thinking. He had to go out and get a slave, one that knew how to cook. It was his fault that the cook was fired; now he had to take responsibility for it and replace her. Making another call he told the address of the house to a taxi company. Gabriel saw a slave shop on his way to the house, now all he had to do was go there. He wrote a quick note, telling that he was out and would be back soon. ‘Not that they’ll notice,’ Gabriel thought to himself as he headed out, getting his coat from the closet and putting it on. Somehow he managed to miss Sabre on his preparations. The Neko left using the front door, getting into the taxi as quick as he could with the cane and giving the address.

"I am going to the beach. Get changed and meet me down stairs." Sabre said holding out the biniki to her. "And please refrain from taking too long." He continued with a smile.

Alex blinked at the bikini, taking it with a sigh. “I hate when Miss. Amy goes shopping for my swim suits,” She mumbled, going and digging around for a long t-shirt and then disappearing into the bathroom and closing the door. Stripping she put the dark purple bikini on, putting the t-shirt over it. The shirt did reach her knees unlike the last one, although the down side (in her opinion) was that it was thinner. Alex came out, moving her hair out of her face and walked out into the hallway. “How are we going to the beach…?” She asked, looking up at Sabre curiously.

"Easy. This way." Sabre said as he lead her down the stairs. When they got to he stairs that led to the pool he paused. "Now close your eyes, no peaking." He reached for her hands to lead her down the stairs. If he was lucky this would at least work to lift her mood.

Alex followed, her face conveying the confusion and curiosity she felt. She was following so close Alex was a hair away from running into him. With a nod at Sabre’s request she closed her eyes shut very tightly, scrunching up her face a little in the process. Feeling his hands reach for her’s she held on tightly. “Okay, just don’t let me run into any walls please…” she said, putting her trust in him.

"Don't worry, I won't." Sabre smiled as he started taking her down the stairs. The first thing Alex would notice about half way down the stairs, was the sound of waves and seagulls calling. Finally reaching the bottom Sabre lead her farther in till her feet met warm sand. "Alright you can open them." With alot of effort Sabre had turned the pool into a mini indoor beach. Sand surrounding the edges of the pool and in one section a pair of towls with a large umbrella had been set up. Having fiddled a bit with the lights, he managed to make them brighter and with the help of a hidden stero he had all the sounds. "I'm sorry it's not the real thing, nor is it perfect but I know you wanted to go to the beach today. So I tried to bring it to you."

Alex nodded, following Sabre blindly. Her ears automatically perked up as she heard what she thought were birds. And then the tile changed to sand, causing her to scrunch up her feet a little, the sand getting between her toes. Opening her eyes as Sabre told her to she had to blink a few times before they adjusted. Alex’s mouth opened a bit as she took it all in. It was such a change to the pool she knew she half believed they went through some kind of time dimensional portal. Her eyes watered a little, beginning to smile. It was the nicest thing anyone has done for her. Sure, she had plenty of expressive things her father got her but they meant nothing. This took so much work. So much time and effort. And for her of all people. Alex nearly tackled Sabre with a hug, her arms wrapping around his neck. “Thank you so much! It’s wonderful!” She nearly shouted.

A startled laugh left Sabre when he suddenly found himself with an arm full of neko. Hugging her back he smiled. "You're welcome. I'm glad you like it." Sabre said still chuckling a little. Really she was so easy to please unlike most. It made him very happy to see her smiling so much.

“Like it? I love it!” Alex said, her eyes still watering up and laughed a little. She felt silly to be crying when she felt so happy. Pulling back a little Alex wiped her eyes, her smile almost a grin. “It’s so nice and… and I never thought that…” She laughed again, looking around and wiping her eyes again. “Thank you,” Alex said, her tail twitching with her excitement. She knew she was repeating herself but the Neko just didn’t know what else to say. Or how to explain the tears.

"There's no need to cry, milady. I'm just glad it made you smile. Sabre said smiling at her again. Really he did that alot more since he came here. "So shall I get you something to drink from the cooler before we enjoy a day a the beach or would you like to jump straight in?"

Alex nodded when Sabre told her there was no reason to cry. She took a couple of breaths to try and calm herself, nodding again when Sabre offered for a drink or a dip in the pool. “Jump straight in please,” Alex said, now the smile widening into a grin. She loved everything at the moment, the house, the way Sabre smiled, the sand between her toes, the lights, everything.

"Then shall we race? Starting now?" Sabre said grinning. Turning he ran towards the pool and jumped in, tucking his legs in for a cannon ball. The water seemed to lept up to meet him and the cool sensation felt wonderful. Letting his feet hit the bottom he pushed up, breaking the surface with ease. Smiling as he took a breath he turned to look for Alex.
