She laughed, running beside him.

"Yes! It's your favorite too, I helped make it!"

They could smell the aroma of the pie, as they entered the house.  

[Dewski]

stops. "wait you helped? i think i'm having second thoughts on eating that pie" gives her a small smirk showing he's just messing with her.

She meanwhile pouted.

"D'wight..."  

[Dewski]

"Alexis, i was only kidding" walks over to her. "you know i'll eat it. i'm not picky" smiles.

Smiling, she grabbed his hand, walking with him to the kitchen.

"Mom, D'ight's here!"

She smiled.

Her mom smiled as well.

"It's D'wight dear, with a w."

She set down some lunch, along with a piece of pie for both.

smiles to them both sitting down. "thank you miss trinity for lunch" starts eating and when it gets to the pie he steals a couple of bites from alexis's.

She allowed him to eating happily, then looked over to him after finishing eating.

"Can you sleep over tonight? We could watch a movie or something... camp out."  

[Dewski]

"i'm sure i can. i'll just have to go ask my mother" smiles. "shall i go ask her right now?"  

[TheCloakedOne]

"Okay."

She smiled, happy.  

[Dewski]

"you think of a movie while i'm gone ok li' alex" laughs leaving running off to his place to ask his mother. once he gets in goes inside running upstairs to his room. "i'm home mother" changes his clothing going down stairs. his mother waiting for him down the stair way. "welcome home sweetie" smiles. "thanks mother, but i came back early to ask you if i could stay the night over at Alexis's tonight, so can i?" his mother looks at him for a moment then nods. "if it's alright with her mother then i say yes" smiles. "thanks mother" gives her a big hug and kiss before running out running back over to Alexis's. knocking on the door.

Her mother answered, a small smile on her face...

"Hello, D'wight. You can sit down on the couch, unfortunately she fell and cut her knee, so I'm bandaging it up right now."

Alex normally was getting herself injured, due to her being such a tom boy.  

[Dewski]

"yes ma'am, but is she ok and could i possibly assist you?" the look of concern on his face.

"Ah, she wouldn't want you to see her, she doesn't like you seeing her cry, remember?"

Alex was stubborn since day one.... still is to this day. Her mother gave him a smile, before walking back to the bathroom, with the first aid kit.

nods to her mother going and waiting in the living room on the couch. thinking of the possiblities of how alexis could injure herselve this time.

Alex and her mom finally walked out of the bathroom, Alex going and sitting on the couch beside him, bandaids on both of her knees. She sniffled a little bit, but had wiped the tears away, not wanting him to know she had cried like a little kid.

"Hiya D'ight."
