Well apparently there has been issues with the hotel and not to mention a complete change of management, the entire staff has been changed and pretty much its a different con, just with the same name. I hope these guys can keep their word and launch it, I am most sure they will.

Currently there is no official date or location, I do know though that for a fact, San Japan will be taking place in August of next year.

If you have already pre-registered, you can email San Japan for a full refund and also if you dont ask for one, you will be officially registered for San Japan 2008

San Japan: Zero Day Anime - November 10th, 2007

You've waited, now here are the announcements.

As our way of saying sorry for having the first inauguration of San Japan due to issues with our host hotel, San Japan is putting together a day-con as our way of showing our appreciation for the fans out there.



San Japan: Zero Day Anime - Saturday, November 10th 2007

Location: Our Lady Of The Lake University - Downtown San Antonio
Time: 10am-10pm
Cost: FREE, if you pre-register for San Japan 1.5. $5 for walk-ups.
Guests: TBA

This is a charity event with all profits going toward the OLLU Anime Club, who is helping us put this together along with the SDP University Covenant.

Activities will include Panels, Video Gaming, Video Room, Cosplay Contest, Dance, Art Room, Artist Alley & Dealer Tables.
Guests for this con will be announced later on.

Additional Details:

Dealers Table will cost $40 to sell merchandise.
Artist Alley will cost $20 but AA tables may only sell art or offer art commission ONLY.
There will be 20 spots available for Dealers & and 15 Artist Tables Available.
We will setup a waiting list online but tables may only be purchased on the day of the con.
Setup time for these tables will start at 8am.

Zero Day Anime was a huge success!

Thanks to all those of you who assisted and thanks to Our Lady of the Lake University for hosting it, without their hosting and without the fanbase, this would have not been possible.

Over 750 people attended this small one-day convention.
