The Dead Forest (Increased Orc activity due to skirmish)

[Tomorrow]

He let out a soft sigh as she pressed against him, his arms wrapping around her tiny body to squeeze her to him, closing his eyes as he hugged her tight.

"I missed you, baby-sis..." He whispered to her. He had been gone for a long, long time - once more, his wandering spirit making him become absent for days on end. He'd made a pact to return, however, and he had done so.

Juuni rubbed her left cheek up against John's right and purred happily before leaning back and pressing her forehead to his, looking into his eyes.

"Why does it hurt inside Oniisama? Did someone hurt chu?"  

[Tomorrow]

Rubbing her cheek on his had made blood get onto it, the blood smeared on her face as she looked at him. Lifting his hand and licking his thumb, he rubbed the blood off her cheek softly, smiling sadly to her as he did. "Yes, sweety...a while ago, as well as a long time ago..."  

[Hogosha No Juunikyuu]

Juuni giggled and wriggled away from his cleaning antics before blinking and rubbing her nose against his gently.

"Juunish does loves chu though Oniisama" 3nodding  

[Tomorrow]

He smiled at her and rubbed his nose againsts hers in return. "I love you too, sweety, lots and lots."

He stood then, still holding the little girl in his arms as he looked around. "Now, perhaps you can tell me where we are?"

"Errr... Juunish does no know" sweatdrop "Juunish and Idol didst go walking and then we gots here" :3nod

She followed John's gaze and looked around the clearing.

"There was a doggy here too though, but she ranned away" 3nodding  

[Tomorrow]

"Hmph...okay...hold on tight..." He said, suddenly crouching low - before pushing off the soft earth with his powerful legs, shooting them straight up into the sky.

They flew fast for a second before the zenith of their flight began to slow them, making them hover in the space of sky for a second - and show how high he'd jumped. They could see the whole forest and the surroundings from this vantage point.

Hold on tight was exactly what she did. Very tight indeed. She snuggled up tight to Tomorrow and gave a small gasp at their height.

"Very high..." sweatdrop  

[Tomorrow]

He smiled to her, his arms around her protectively. He'd do all in his considerable power to not harm her, ever.

Reaching the zenith of their flight, John looked around - and spied a small village to the north, just on the outskirts of the forest, near a small lake.

Then they began to fall, the wind whipping about them as gravity grasped John's 250 pound body and hurled him down - to slam into the soft grass, his knees buckling as his hands pressed Juuni against his chest, absorbing the impact with his body and lessening the jolt on hers at the same time.

"We're going north to a small town, baby - wanna go for a ride?"

Juuni's body jolted slightly as they landed and her ears still whistled from the wind of their descent. She shook her head vigourously to get rid of the whistling and smiled at John.

"A ride?" 4laugh "Cool!"  

[Tomorrow]

Smiling, he tapped onto his back. "Hold on tight and dont let go, okay baby? Reeeeally tight."  

[Hogosha No Juunikyuu]

Juuni nodded and clambered round to his back, wrapping her legs around his stomach as she sat perched on his hips, her tail wrapped tight around his right thigh while her arms latched round his neck gently but firmly. Nuzzling into the back of his neck she braced herself for what would probably the ride of her life.  

[Tomorrow]

Feeling her clutch him tightly he smiled, turning his head back from looking ove rhis shoulder - and crouched down again - before launching himself up into the air once more, this time with forward momentum.

After becoming more beefier, his speed had dropped something dramatically. Although he could still run like the wind for days on end, it took a considerable time to build up speed - using his strength to leap from place to place, however, was a perfect substitute.

The tops of the trees flew beneath them as he threw his body over them, flying through the air and slowly arching back down to the trees - to slam his legs into a thick branch, the wood buckling under his kick but still being able to launch them out of the trees again, moving closer and closer to the town.

Juuni's grip tightened and loosened in time with his jumps and kicks as the wind blew about in her face, ruffling her hair and blowing it about in her face as the coldness of the air pinched at her nose causing her to sneeze.  

[Tomorrow]

Hearing a small sneeze behind him, his legs slammed into the next tree they hit - and launched them high into the air, his body twisting around in a forward-flip - to land in a small clearing, his body buckling with the landing as his hands and feet dug into the soft grassm leaving a breif trail behind him...

Before he stood upright, dusting his hands off and looking forward. The town was only a couple of yards away - he could see the main square bustling with life.
