Amelia looked up when Matrix rubbed the pronged end of his tail against her cheek. She nodded having the feeling that he was trying to say thanks. 'try, try as hard as you can... you'll never tame me, the wild animal I am," she thought silently in her head as Matrix walked away, 'I doubt they will tame any of us, Matrix, me, or the other disobedient slaves.'

Luci looked back, seeing the affection betweem the two slaves. She looked away, showing nothing of it. "You have a preferance. Do you want a master that is going to beat you or a master who is going to treat you like you are gold? Do you prefer a master or a mistress?" She said, rephrasing her question. She knew there would be some answer to it, there was always an answer. She turned to Amelia and stared for a moment while awaiting an answer from Marie. Affection between two people bothered her greatly. Maybe it was because of when she was an angel. That man she once knew. She shook her head. It was just a memory.

"I wouldn't be so sure," began Ashlynn from the center cage where she sat as she softly preened her midnight black wings nonchalantly. "Masters have alot of power, even the demons have their power from God. And trutst when I say God can be a real a** to those who've made him mad."

She pulled away from the feathers as she tried to sit against the back of the cage in the middle row, her head against the back wall as she crossed her wrists as they sat on her knees that curled up gracefully into her chest. Her eyes sparkled briefly as though she were going to cry but with a simple shake of her head all emotion fell from her face. She sighed as she sat there waiting unexpectedly as she heard an angry slave in the back row get angry with her.

Blaise scoffed as she listened to the words of the new slave who seemed to think a sermon is what they all wanted to here. "None of us want to listen to your thoughts on the nonexsistant God who has treated us all like s**t." she hissed, her tail flicking. she had been there for five years, since the shop first opened and she had seen every slave come through and go out. She had listened to every obediant or border line slave's idea of being broken like a twig and not a single one had made her give in and the talk from this new one was more disgusting and disturbing than them all combined.

Her tail was flicking violently as she realised she wasn't worth her energy as she looked at Cal, still dealing with the demon mistress and matrix.

Marie thought about it for a moment, "Well, Um having a master or mistress doesn't really make a difference to me... And I don't like being beaten... But I don't expect to be treated like gold. Honestly miss, I take what I can get..." She glanced up momentarily.

Kaura closed the door to Ashlynn’s cage and quickly returned to the front, going over the paperwork silently. She smiled up at Matrix as he sat on the desk, careful not to disturb her work. “You’re finally getting out of here?” She said, sounding amused. She tilted her head and gazed at him thoughtfully. “Take care of yourself.” She gave him a tight smile, to an extent it was always hurtful to watch another slave leave, but now she had to realize it was all she would do. She liked being Cal’s, but that would mean she would always see those around her leave, often to cruel masters and mistresses.

She frowned and looked down, looking troubled. It was like how she just stood by and let Conroy, Kora, and Sanyo be taken by that Master Jackson, who was surely torturing them. She shut her eyes tightly, trying to block out the thoughts.

matrix looked at her and nodded he didnt seem happy. then he saw she was sad. he quickly slid off the desk and crouched down in front of her. his hands were useless because of his steel fist covers. his tail reashed up and rubbed on ehr cheek affectionetaly and then lifted her chin to look into hsi eyes. they were furrowed and sad loking very concerned. his tail rubbed her cheek affectionetaly as he shook his head meaning"dont be sad....please"he tilted it ever so slightly to say please. even with a half steel encased face he was one of the most expressive people out there. he was genuenaly concerned he cared for people that cared for him...anyone that showed him kindness he feels loyal too.

Luci nodded a bit. "There are many people that would treat you like gold. If you could promise to listen to my every word without question, I will treat you like gold. I will not order you to do anything immoral or crazy, only things that need to be done around the house." She said, tilting her head. She had meant every word of it. She did not want to deal with more than one trouble maker. "For all I care, you can befriend Matrix over there. He is very compassionate if you can learn to ignore the hatred flowing through his body.. from what I have seen... So.. Deal?" She asked. She would of course expect her word to be taken seriously, she would deal with her appropriately if she failed to keep her end.

Kaura blinked, and looked away, feeling ashamed. Matrix was the one leaving, with a mistress who had already shown she could be quite forceful, but he was still taking the time to comfort her. “Matrix.” She started, but stopped, trying to think of what to say. “Please, just try not to get yourself hurt.” She ran a hand over his tail, glancing back over at him with concern.

She forced a smile, “And I don’t want to see you end up in this place again.”

matrix looked into ehr eyes still concerned. with her words he nodded then looked over in the direction fo luci. he shook his ehad meaning"if she turns out the way she looks.....i might rather be here...." matrix felt her hand on hsi tail he liked the feeling....his tail was as sensative as any figner or apendage. he leaned up to ehr and pressed his steel covered muzzle to ehr cheek as if kissing ehr. then he backed away and stood up blushing ever so slihtly he turned to leave to see if she was ready to go yet.

Marie thought about it, The mistress seemed to be telling the truth and it would be nice to have someone to talk to. That is if Matrix would talk to her. Also Marie hated small spaces, she looked around at the walls of the cage. Anything at all would be better then sitting in here "Deal." Marie nodded, and she planned to keep her end of the deal.

Kaura flushed red as he pressed his muzzle to her cheek. She put a hand over it for a moment, and looked away quickly. She grabbed some of the paperwork and started to fill it out, making sure she made no mistakes. It would seem Marie was being purchased as well, so she grabbed those as well. She frowned, looking over at the vampire. ‘I hope she’ll be taken care of..’ She thought to herself, and glanced over at Matrix. He seemed an honorable enough man, maybe he would help protect her.


She sighed, she couldn’t worry like this over every sale…

Luci smiled and nodded, "Very well." She said and turned away, "I will be taking Marie as well." She said and turned back to Marie, "Hopefully by befriending him you can learn to calm him down a bit." She said softly and stepped to the counter, "All slaves are 2,00.. So.. 4,000." She counted out her money and paid for both slaves. "Thank you." She said and turned to the two slaves. "Shall we?" She asked. "Unless one of you two want me to buy someone else.." She asked.

Marie sat in the cage waiting to be taken out of the cage, Her new mistress asked if either her or Matrix would like her to but someone else. Marie nodded a no poilitly, she wasn't much of a talker and hoped her mistress knew she wasn't being impolite by just nodding. Marie thought about what the mistress had said about her befriending Matrix, and poissbly calming him down. Which made her wonder if Matrix even wanted a friend, sometimes people silmply didn't want a friend. But Marie wanted nothing more then a friend, she had never actually had one.

Kaura smiled, still not looking at the mistress, and accepted the payment with a polite nod of her head. “If there is anything else I can help you with..” She said quietly, “I am here to serve, Madam.”

She gave Marie a little smile, glad that she was feeling well. Her own neck still throbbed slightly from the bite, but it only made her want to smile wider. She looked down, content.

Ashlynn hadn't exactly known better not to speak yet at the same time she was God's right hand girl just an hour or two ago. She was good nor bad but she would rather deal with a demon that seemed to have a bad temper than be stuck here yet she could tell the cat in the back wasn't too happy to listen to her talk so she biit her lip.

She pulled at the collar that seemed to small around her throat as she took a moment to try and breathe. If she still had her magic she could always just leave here but that was taken when she was not so casually pushed out of heaven and the feeling there was something in the air that would make any magic fizzle out.

She looked out the bars still unsatisfied. She was above the bars, the collar, the chains that seemed to cling to nearly everyone else. She smiled not feeling so restricted but she wished she could be out, stretching her black wings as slivers of gold reflected small amounts of sunlight. She still had the gold meaning everything she had known wasn't a dream, she had seen it once when God wanted a man to follow so while he was dreaming he made him an angel with wings of gold but when got was disappointed he woke up the man and the man was taken and beheaded by the courts. She remembered God as a cruel but loving master. So maybe the slave thing wouldn't be too hard.

"Why in the hell am I even here?" she asked quietly to herself putting her head in her hands and groaning in disgust.
