"That brat must have learned to make portals when she got lost in that cave." Larxene still would not admit she left the girl there on purpose. "Else she couldn't have escaped. I didn't teach her anything." Literally. The girl was too stupid to learn!
The only reason she told this was because she had to seem loyal. Nothing more.

Marluxia patiently waited for his interrogation, knowing Vexen would probably interrupt him as soon as he'd deny anything. It would not be easy to convince the Superior, and yet, they had no proof he told any of them to leave.

Zexion listened to what Lexaeus had to say, being quite sure the man had nothing to do with it. Then again, the fact Xathere was his daughter could change his judgement, in which case he might indeed disobey the Organization. It would be unfortunate if he did, though.

Xigbar leaned back in his chair, being pretty relaxed. Yes, he'd be questioned. But who cared?! He was pretty safe, being closer to the Superior than the other's were. Except for Jaxine. The princess seemed to have stolen Xemnas' nonexistent heart, somehow.

Demyx let out a loud groan as he was bored already. Not another discussion between everyone! Couldn't they be nice for once?! At least he had nothing to do with it! No way he could defend himself against all of them...

Jaxine was quickly done eating. As soon as her plate was cleaned and put away, she made her way to the training rooms. And indeed, there was someone there. She had seen this girl before when showing Nechax around...
Shrugging, Jaxine stayed on a distance to watch the other fight. She would wait with talking until the girl was done.

Allayx quickly reached the Grey Area, seeing a boy there reading a book. "Hello, there." She stated strongly as a greeting while walking over to where he was.

Lars smiled at that answer, somehow happy to hear he was actually being missed by someone. "I'm sorry." He didn't intent to hurt her either! So that's why he said that.
A doctor walked over to the old man, "He may leave if he wishes to. Does he have a place to stay tonight, though?" To which the man nodded, and said: "They will stay with me."

(( x3 Xathere and Lars... so cute. :3 ))

“And how did that happen, Twelve?” Xemnas turned to her now. “You were supposed to keep a close eye on your apprentice.”
It was apparent that another mentor was needed. Larxene couldn't be trusted to keep an eye on Xathere. There were few choices as to who else could be it. Though they first had to bring the two runaways back.

Good! One of the traitors were finally being questioned! Vexen smiled, relaxing as he waited. It would only be a matter of time before Xemnas moved on to him or Marluxia. Either way, Vexen would finally redeem himself to be respectable!

Lexaeus had answered all he could for the Superior. It was the others' turns now. He pondered whether anything would be asked of Naxsatha. She could have possibly done something that even he was not aware of. Which would be another argument... Lexaeus changed his train of thoughts to Hataxn, and how he could be doing undercover as he was.

Saix shot Demyx a look for the noise. He would punish that boy later if he had the chance. The Diviner doubted the Nocturne was even listening to what was going on. What if, against the whole order of things, Demyx was chosen to be the new mentor? Although Saix already knew a much better candidate. One that would actually try to avoid disaster.

Axel grinned. Larxene was getting in trouble!!! It was all he could do not to laugh at that. She'd be all sweet and innocent now, but after the meeting she'd try to kill someone.

It was not much longer before Shaxirma ran out of dummies to hit. She stopped, sweating and breathing heavily from the strenuous exercise. Making her sword disappear, she noticed she wasn't alone. “Hey.”

“You're an apprentice too.” Nechax noted. He hadn't spoken to many other apprentices before. Strange. They should have been allowed to speak to each other more. They were going to be members together someday. Why not build up the workplace relationships?

“Why are you sorry about it for? It wasn't your fault.” Xathere would never understand that. She let go of him so she could actually face him. Her smile was big as she was excited to see him again. They were free!

"Even then she walked away!" Larxene made that one up, not like she cared. "One moment there, the other she's gone!" And if Marluxia could prove himself innocent, this could turn out very well.

Marluxia wondered if Larxene would be able to redeem herself. Surely, she was very sly and manipulative. Just a big impatient at times. Which she would never learn to get rid of, knowing Larxene.

Zexion picked up on Vexen's relaxed attitude, wondering what the man had exactly that made him so confident. It was saddening to see once again that everyone tried to bring the others down, instead of working together to achieve their goals.

Demyx winced and tried to hide himself in his chair as he saw Saïx' glare. That was not a kind one... The boy knew what would be coming next, after the meeting... He would have to make sure to get away quickly!

Xigbar chuckled softly as he noticed the scene going on between IX and VII. The two together were often very amusing, although the Freeshooter did feel somewhat bad for the younger member. He could totally understand the laziness!

Jaxine nodded in return, looking at the dummies. "That was quite impressive." Not as impressive as Xemnas had been, but still better than she herself would be. Then again, she never trained before. And this girl probably had, from the looks of it.

"I am." Wasn't that obvious? The guy must have some bad social skills, from the looks of it.
Her face stayed completely cold and emotionless, not wanting to reveal her secret. "How is your training going?"

"I didn't want to hurt you." He let out a soft chuckle, even if it hurt his head. There was still some pain left, but that would stay for the next few days.
His own smile became very big and happy as he saw hers. It was cute. He was glad to know someone cared for him.

“Your apprentice is your responsibility.” Xemnas said sternly. Larxene did not believe so. “If you hadn't put her in a dangerous situation in that cave, she might have not found the means to escape. Perhaps it should be your duty alone to bring them both back here. I believe Lars is still injured.”
Never did he expect himself to be defending an apprentice. He had expected some attitude from the apprentices that he would have to handle himself. However, they were all well-behaved – more than Xemnas could say for the Organization members.

“It was an experiment.” Vexen mentioned, defending himself before any accusations were thrown at him. Xemnas threw him a glare.
“Without my clearance.”
The Academic found nothing else to say to that. He tried, but found it easier to just sit back and sulk.

Saix did not lessen his glare on Demyx. He could cower all he wanted in his chair, it only made things worse for him later. Saix wouldn't mind. Having everyone together like this was often stressful. So far everyone was behaved.

“Thanks.” Shaxirma looked around at the other equipment, deciding to throw around a few weight balls at targets. She hoped some equipment here was easily replaceable. Not that she had broken much yet, but those targets looked a little flimsy.

“Good.” Nechax wouldn't necessarily say it was going good, but that was better than explaining it all. Zexion was more frustrated at Nechax's progress, as far as he could tell. “Yours?”

Xathere blushed. She hated how it was easily seen now, but preferred it over having her face covered again.
“Does it hurt?” She asked shyly. He looked a lot better than before.

"You are contradicting yourself!" Larxene was getting mad now. "If we didn't go in there you'd get angry for missing a part in recon!" That was how it usually went. "Make up your mind for once!" Men. Such annoying creatures sometimes!

Marluxia could come up with so many excuses at the moment, but as it wasn't his turn to talk he kept quiet. Rather have them forget about him, than actually try to get the attention on him. That would be one of the most stupid things to do at the moment, and yet Larxene had done so.

Xigbar enjoyed this meeting far too much, but was wondering when Xemnas would get to him. Perhaps the Superior didn't even know he took Jaxine away! That would be good...

Demyx made soft peeps out of fear for the other man. His glares were really scary! Okay, the plan: Once the meeting is done, teleport to Atlantica without hesitation and stay there!

"Who's apprentice are you?" Jaxine was curious, and stayed there to watch what the girl's next training would be. It would be useful to know who her master was. And her name, but that could come later.

"Mine is going alright." She stated calmly, even though she was feeling the wound in her stomach. Not like anyone had to know about that. Besides, she wasn't one to brag about her failures.

"That blush is really cute..." He thought to himself, but didn't say it out loud as she had already asked him a question.
"Yes, but it's better than before." Lars smiled up at her. "Thanks to the kind people here." He was glad they left the Organization for this.
PostPosted: Sun Jul 08, 2012 5:46 am
“If you had read the recent reports, you would have found out that recon there was unnecessary.” Xemnas frowned. They were getting off track. Sending Larxene out to capture the escapees would be too risky. She would cause a scene. “I have also noticed that you've been pawning your apprentice off to other members.”
To this he turned to Marluxia. “Perhaps you have had a hand in this.” That was moreso accusing than guessing.

Vexen bit back his comment. Of course Marluxia was involved! He was the idiot to tell the girl to leave! The Academic said nothing, not wanting another look from Xemnas. Getting on his bad side meant that Vexen's evidence might be overlooked.

Wishing for something to throw, Saix was planning on what he would do after this meeting. His claymore was too bulky and would interrupt everything. He needed something to shut Demyx up, however quiet the noise he was making.

“Marluxia.” Shaxirma stated. Although Larxene seemed to like her better than her own apprentice. Shaxirma began to throw the weighted balls at the targets. So far everything was fine.

“How long do you think it'll be until we're members ourselves?” Nechax pondered. Eventually it would happen. He wouldn't mind. He and Zexion did not see eye-to-eye all that much.

“That's great.” Xathere was as happy as any Nobody could be to hear that. It didn’t really matter that his memory was gone from the first two days; they didn't know much of each other in that time. Besides, she had already caught him up to speed on things.

((Meh. Not many people have anything to say. XD Aren't Lars and Xathere going to leave soon?))

"But else X-face over there would complain about it!" Larxene gestured towards Saïx, who seemed distracted. Not like she cared. "And I gave her to Marluxia because she didn't learn a (the f word) with me!"

Marluxia gestured for Larxene to calm down, turning to face Xemnas. "Perhaps. I have indeed told her the Organization members did not trust each other, however..." He expected some interruption from Vexen, but continued on anyway, "...most of her doubts did not come from me. Perhaps you should consider Naxsatha had something to do with it?" Better blame it on another member.
He couldn't prove this wasn't his doing, but they couldn't prove it was. They did not have more prove than him admitted the distrust, which he already acknowledged himself.

Demyx cowered back even more. Saïx was scary! He kept in a scream of fear. Why couldn't the bluenette concentrate on the meeting like always?!

"Marluxia..." Jaxine couldn't recall ever meeting him. However, she knew it was the male with pink hair. But that was all. "I see."
She watched the other girl train.

"However long we need until we are prepared." Allayx guessed out loud. That seemed logical, else they wouldn't be trained. Not like it was her main goal to actually become a member.

"It is!" Her being happy made Lars smile, and made him feel happy. What did they say? No emotions? He didn't believe it!
"You think you can come with? I have clothes for you." The old man stated kindly, to which Lars nodded. "Yeah.

(( Nope... xD And wouldn't Lars and Xathere sleep in Twilight Town? ))
PostPosted: Sun Jul 15, 2012 1:47 pm
Xemnas went ahead and ignored Larxene on that. He was done speaking with her, after all. He frowned at Marluxia. “I will speak with her later. However, you should have not told her that. Our apprentices do not need to know that there are some... failings in the Organization. We are supposed to be strong in front of them, so that they are not doubtful.”

In glory that Marluxia was being scolded by Xemnas, Vexen sat proudly in his seat. At some point Xemnas would give the Assassin what was coming to him. Vexen just knew it!

Lexaeus frowned. Of course Marluxia would pawn the fault off to someone who was more suspectible. He doubted Naxsatha would make it good for herself. Xemnas wasn't so forgiving when it came to her.

Seeing the fear, Saix relaxed. Good. He turned back to glare at Larxene. He had heard her speaking out of place, but had not heard what was said. Whatever it was, it was probably rude and inappropriate.

When she ran out of weighted balls, Shaxirma finally stopped. That would be enough. She turned to face the girl, committing her to memory. “You're the Superior's apprentice, right?” They looked alike.

“Oh.” Nechax did not have a clear answer. These people weren't very good at that, unless it was something he needed to know. Like in his training, that was not going so well...

Xathere was ready to help Lars out of bed and to the old man's house. They were practically free now! She couldn't wait to go have fun. There had to be some somewhere in town.

((I don't know.... wink ))

"I apologize, Superior." Words he'd rather not say, but he had to at this moment. "It will not happen again." Surely it would, as long as he was sure it was in secret.
The Graceful Assassin hoped the Superior was convinced now he did not do it. This time, it really had not been him.

Zexion glanced up at the Superior, actually having something to say this meeting: "Lord Xemnas, is it a possibility the apprentices left by themselves?" He could not call them children, as some were around his age. "The boy suffered from memory loss. Perhaps his "emotions" told him he did not like the place." As he had forgotten he was a Nobody. Although this did not completely explain Xathere's intentions.

Larxene glared right back at Saïx. So he had heard her? Even better! That guy should know he was annoying! And complained too much about missions.

Demyx let out a sigh of relief as the Luna Diviner didn't pay attention to him anymore. Gave him the chance to daydream away and forget about the meeting. It wasn't interesting!

"I am." Jaxine gave a small nod. Everyone probably knew her by now. It seemed like people payed a lot of attention to Xemnas, which was good. In her opinion.

"You worried you won't make it?" She raised her eyebrow, wondering why the boy seemed so worried. He didn't act like a Nobody at all. Although he seemed somewhat mindless.

Meanwhile, Myrthe was skipping her way through the hallways of the castle, wondering where she could find someone to talk to. There had to be someone around!

Lars sat up, accepting Xathere's help. He still wasn't strong enough to stand on his own, and he felt slightly dizzy as he stood.
The man, being quite sure the two could move like this, began to lead the way back to his house.

(( x3 ))
PostPosted: Mon Jul 16, 2012 1:39 pm
“See to it that it does not.” Xemnas was stern as he said that. He did not believe Marluxuia was sorry for it.
Zexion brought up a point that Xemnas had only considered very little. He turned to the boy. “It could be a possibility. However, Lars hadn't interacted with very many others since his experience with Vexen.”
In which the Academic had something to defend himself with. “It was the boy's own fault for that! He can use telekinesis! He didn't know how to, so I decided to find out for myself! It's not my fault he began to panic when he woke.” It was all Lars' fault...
“Nonetheless, you should have reported to me first before taking matters in your own hands. You could have destroyed whatever ability he had had.” Xemnas quickly put Vexen in his place. Some people got amusement from that.

The woman was disrespectful. Saix gave up on her when he heard Vexen speaking. Fortunately he had to do nothing for that.

“Do you have any idea what will happen after our training?” Shaxirma could already see Jaxine as her leader, much like Xemnas was to their mentors. That could be the plan... She was just guessing.

“I don't know.” Nechax shrugged. Anything could happen, really. What was to say this wasn't a competition between the apprentices, and only one would make it?

Helping Lars, Xathere followed after the old man. She had to stay slow, though, for Lars. He seemed unsteady, still.
Hataxn saw them leaving from his perch. He had to follow them, but noted he was not good at jumping around and landings.... He had to get down the same way he got up there. By jumping down a maze of smaller buildings and objects. He did so quite clumsily. Then he hurried after them while trying to hide.

((Poor Myrthe. XD))

Marluxia simply nodded in return, knowing he didn't have to defend himself anymore. That went rather easy. It was amusing that Vexen still was trying to blame others for it.

Zexion was still in thought, but replied: "That is the point. If only he talked to Lexaeus and Xathere..." He didn't doubt Lexaeus, however, he did doubt his daughter. She didn't seem fit for this place.
"If Xathere had doubts, surely she would've told Lars about it... Perhaps we should ask Vexen. I heard he has been observing Lars... The Cloaked Schemer faced Vexen now.

Larxene rolled her eyes, then glanced over at Marluxia. Why was he so relaxed about all this?! It could totally blow their cover!

"No. I'm sure the Superior will tell us once he thinks we are ready." Jaxine stated calmly, but kept the kind tone in her voice. There was no need to be harsh to another apprentice, right?

Allayx placed a hand on the boy's shoulder. "Just live up to your master's expectations and you'll be fine." If only she could convince herself of the same. Then again, she was different. She had to prove herself to Saïx while she was a human.

Lars walked back to the house with the man and Xathere. Once inside, the old man told them to sit down and make themselves comfortable as he would prepare dinner for both of them. They deserved it!
PostPosted: Sat Jul 21, 2012 6:58 pm
“I needed more information for my report!” Vexen defended himself quickly when he was yet again thrown into the fire. “The boy did nothing but sleep until that troublesome girl came around to meddle! If you're asking me, Larxene should have been paying more attention to her own apprentice! And Lexaeus should have stopped his brat from interfering a long time ago!”
He received a very harsh glare from across the circle. Vexen stopped his ranting and shut his mouth, continuing to look dignified where he sat.
Xemnas ignored Vexen the entire time, knowing that it was useless until he saw any of the evidence Vexen had collected. The Superior continued to address Zexion. “You may be correct. Her doubts have certainly been caused by a member.” He glanced at Larxene, but said nothing more about that.

Any more ranting and Saix would intervene. Vexen was too much in these meetings. It would be nice to see him go away again.

Axel went ahead and laughed at Vexen. He never got old! Even if he pulled the same stuff every time, the ridiculousness of it was still funny. Half of the Organization wanted to kill him by now.

Shaxirma nodded to that. “Right.”
She looked around the room. It stayed relatively clean through her exercise. She pondered showering before meeting with Marluxia after the meeting. It couldn't last too much longer, right?

“That sounds easy.” Nechax lied. It wasn't at all. Zexion had too high of expectations. Nechax had never dealt with this stuff before, especially magic and hearts. It was too illogical for him.

Xathere sat next to Lars in the living room. She smiled at him, knowing that things were going to be okay starting now. “Are you okay?”
Her brother, on the other hand, found it incredibly easy to get into the house. Twilight Town. Everyone was friendly. Noting the old man alone in the kitchen, Hataxn found the living room easily. He walked in, assuming the other two would know to stay quiet as well. Xathere paled as she froze in her seat.

((Vexen is so much fun. XD))

Zexion ignored Vexen's excuses, sometimes not understanding that man at all. He simply nodded at the Superior, not having any more to say. His thoughts had been shared, no need for useless chatter and repeating his thoughts like Vexen often did.

Larxene simply glared at the Superior, but quickly looked away as she didn't like his stern face.

Xigbar laughed along with Axel. Vexen was amusing. Even hadn't been so annoying, but this was just too funny!

"They should be done soon." Jaxine stated, not having a lot to talk about now. There weren't a lot of important topics to discuss anyway. Especially because she barely knew the other girl.

"Sounds, but it isn't always." Allayx admitted, retracting her hand. She ended up fighting her master and getting pretty painful injuries thanks to it. "Just try, you'll be fine." How bad could that guy he had as trainer be?

"I am fine, Xathere." He smiled at her, until he heard footsteps and saw her shocked face. Turning his head, he saw her brother. "What are you doing here?" He asked, not at all caring if the old man heard. That could actually safe them, as they would have to keep up an act!
Yet the man didn't notice anything yet. He was still happily cooking dinner.
PostPosted: Fri Jul 27, 2012 10:04 am
“Xigbar.” Xemnas caught the Freeshooter's laughter. “Perhaps you would like to explain the situation with Jaxine.” As in, why did he kidnap the apprentice and leave her in Port Royal? Despite the chance to explain himself, Xigbar was already facing consequences. Xemnas was sure he already knew the whole story.

Vexen knew he was being laughed at, but was finished and would keep his mouth shut. Confound them all!

Seeing Xigbar was going to get questioned next, Axel woke himself up a bit. He would be next. How would he convince the Superior he had nothing to do with it? He did, but not much!

“This is their first one, since we've arrived, isn't it?” Shaxirma noted. She wasn't sure how often they met, but it had to be more than they had seen. Or perhaps much less. They hadn't been here long yet.

“Sure.” Nechax wasn't confident in his answer. Zexion, although a weak hand-to-hand opponent, expected much from him. He wasn't a magic person... Xemnas had to have known what he was doing, though, when assigning apprentices.

“You two can't stay here.” Hataxn warned. “They know you're here.”
Xathere stood from where she sat. “You're not going to turn us in?”
He frowned, not comfortable that those two were so close. “Mother wouldn't like me to. Now hurry. They'll send someone back soon.”
She looked at Lars, not knowing if he was in a better condition to move that much yet.

Xigbar threw his hands up in the air. "As if! I wasn't the only one involved! Axel and I just wanted to see how much you care for your little princess! Can't say I'm dissapointed!" If Xemnas knew, then why not make it known to everyone. Xemnas had feelings, it was getting obvious. To him, at least!

Larxene now got slightly interested in what number II had to say, and what had happened. If that apprentice really was of importance to the Superior... She smirked, thinking of all the possibilties that Marluxia was probably considering as well right now.

Even Zexion got slightly interested, although he wouldn't show this. It was impossible for them to have emotions, and Xigbar knew this.

"I think so, yes." Jaxine had been gone for a bit, but when she was here, she didn't notice the members having a meeting together. Xemnas would be gone then, and he had been with her most of the time. Which reminded her she had to check on her Shadow Heartless again.

She nodded, and turned to leave. But for a moment she looked back and said: "I also don't recommend picking fights with your trainer." She then left the boy to figure out for himself what happened exactly. Saïx wouldn't want her saying more. Then he might think of her as an emotional, exaggerating human... Not what she wanted.

Lars frowned at this. He didn't trust the other male... but he trusted Xathere... And what about the man, they couldn't just leave him without saying good bye! The confusion was probably visible on his face as he tried to decide what the best option would be...
As staying here would bring the man in danger, he stood from his chair, about to leave. Yet he first glanced down at Xathere to be sure she agreed with his decision.

(( Aww... I feel sorry for the old man. xD ))
