Alex nodded, ears coming forward a little as Sabre put his hand on her head. She took it to be comfort and gladly accepted it. “Alright…” She said, feeling a little better about it, just having said it made her feel a little bit better. Alex only kept it in for so long because she wasn’t sure how Amy would take it, so why bother her with it she figured. Alex then looked up at Sabre and said, “Is there anything you want to know?”

"The house rules, but that can wait till later. Other than that no Mistress I don't have any questions. I will learn in time." Sabre said still smiling. He was glad to see she was relaxing a bit. "I'm willing to answer your questions if you want as well. Or would you possibly prefer to go back inside? Its getting late." He suggested his hand still on her head.

“I don’t have any,” Alex said and then added with a small smile, “For now.” She stood up and brushed the seat of her pants, picking up the watering can. She looked up to the sky for a moment before nodding again. “Alright. Maybe Miss. Amy’s cooled off by now…” Alex said a slightly bigger smile on her face.

"Let's hope, that woman actually scares me a little." Sabre said laughing a little. He followed Alex, waiting by the door as she put the watering can down. Holding it opened he half bowed. "After you milady."

Alex laughed at Sabre's observation and put the watering can away. She picked up her shoes as she walked to the door, a slight blush creeping into her cheeks again. “Thanks,” She said, not used to having anyone treat her like that. She walked in and set her shoes out of the way for now, carefully and cautiously walking into the kitchen to find Amy just finishing up dinner. “How are the flowers?” Amy asked without looking up. “They could be better,” Alex said.

Sabre noticed her turning red, but chose not to point it out figuring she might get upset with him. He followed right behind her into the kitchen, shutting and locking the back door out of habit. "But if we watch them, they should be fine. Is there anything I can do to help, ma'am?" Sabre asked looking over at Amy.

Amy nodded, “Yes, you two can go wash your hands. God knows what’s touched the things before you have outside.” She then began setting the table for three instead of the usual two. Alex nodded and then turned to Sabre. “Race you up stairs!” She shouted and then took off with a grin. Amy shook her head with a sigh, thinking, ‘Well, at least she has someone here tonight…’

Sabre laughed catching up to Alex easily, scooping her up under one arm and ran up the steps taking it two at a time. Once at the top he set her down grinning. "Not certain who one that one." He joked, taking up a mock thinking pose. "I believe it was me." Sabre said with a laugh.

A small cry of surprise escaped Alex as Sabre scooped her up. She clung slightly, surprise turning to a grin again. As he set her down again Alex laughed and said, “Well, seeing as you cheated you’ve been disqualified.” She then playfully hip bumped him as she went past and to her bathroom to wash her hands, still grinning.

"How was that cheating?" He half called after he down the hall chuckling a little still. Sighing Sabre moved into his bathroom and washed up as well. In moments he was waiting for Alex by the stairs again.

Alex washed up and comes back out still smiling. “Well, I said race you, not let’s see who can pick the other up and run up the stairs.” She said and couldn’t help the giggle that came out. Alex looked up at Sabre’s towering form and poked him in the side to see if he was ticklish.

"Ah well that makes-" Sabre stopped a small startled sound leaving him when Alex poked him, a faint pink on his cheeks as embarrasment crept across him. Try as he might he couldn't ignore that he just squeak. Sabre didn't squeak. Yes, he could be very ticklish but Sabre learned to control it. Had he really dropped his guard around her that much? "You Mistress are very silly. Come your dinners going to get cold." He said ruffling her hair as he lead the way down the stairs.

A wide grin spread across Alex’s face when Sabre squeaked. ‘So he is ticklish!’ She thought to herself as she followed Sabre down the stairs. As her feet hit the landing she darted around Sabre, running into the kitchen, still grinning. Of course it wasn’t to tell Amy this new discovery, the pink in his cheeks told her he was embarrassed by it, so why embarrass him further? Alex just wanted to collect a few thoughts before they had dinner. ‘Okay, Sabre has a few brothers and sisters, a meanie of a dad, looks up to his mother, she was a good influence on him, has her hair and he’s ticklish!’ Alex thought as she got out three cups. “Who wants what to drink?” She asked as she turned around. "Water's fine for me," Amy said setting the pot of pasta on the table.

Laughing a little, he followed Alex, resisting all comments about how excited Alex was. Sabre came around looking at the table. Why was there three settings? Come to think of it where was he supposed to eat? "Are you expecting anyone?" Sabre asked confused. He could've sworn Alex had said only Mrs. Amy would be there.

Alex shook her head, setting two of the three cups on the counter. “No. Why do you ask?” She asked as she filled one cup nearly to the brim with water and setting it at the table carefully. Alex then took up the other cup and filled it to the brim nearly as well, sitting it too at the table. “What do you want to drink? We have soda, milk, water,” Alex asked listing things off and looking up at Sabre the smile still on her face.
