'I see...' Yao murmured, glancing up at Ivan with a slight look of confusion. 'Disagreement, aru...?' That sounded quite frightening. After all, the Greek had not returned and it wasn't helping the fact that Ivan was being so discreet in his description of what had happened. 'No, no... Ivan wouldn't do that, would... Would he?' He gazed into the Russian's eyes, attempting to locate the truth in them. 'Disagreement...' He repeated, looking for any sort of reaction.
He trusted Ivan. He had to... And he wanted to. And, looking into the man's eyes, he could... Surely. After all, Ivan wouldn't hide anything from him, not this. Not something of this scale.
'Looks like we're going out by ourselves then, Ivan.' He decided finally, wanting to turn a blind eye to the situation. If the Russian had attacked Heracles, then... He wasn't entirely sure as to how he could deal with it. And besides, he would have heard...
Then again, he had been on the phone and been talking to Kiku, therefore having been too preoccupied with his brother's welfare to think on what was going on outside.
No matter. If they'd fought, then there wasn't much the Asian could do. He couldn't force them to get along. And if the fight had turned violent, then it was between them and nothing to do with him.
'Just you and me, then, aru. Sound good?' Yao asked of his friend, resting his head again with a soft smile. 'Like the way it used to be.'
----------
'Good question.' Roderich replied quietly, glancing up at the albino with a softened frown. 'One that I'm not sure I know the answer to... But there's so much I don't know the answers to. Tell me, Gilbert... Do you tire of striving to make me miserable? Do you perhaps grow bored of the want to see me broken down? Does it make you weary to watch me squirm under your scrutiny?' he asked in response, feeling the tightness loosen on his wrists. The thought of being able to easily overpower Gilbert in order to escape crossed his mind, but...
He ignored it. He didn't want to fight anymore.
'I can't say that I'm the most respectable of nations. I'm fully aware that my tactics are underhanded and I'm certain that I make you feel sick. Not all of us can do the things you were able to do, Gilbert... I've never been quite strong enough. And if I have to be punished for that, then so be it.' He fell silent for a few moments, swallowing as he glanced away briefly.
'Just so long as it's you.' The aristocrat admitted in a quiet tone. He doubted he could deal with other countries the way he had always done with Gilbert. 'And only you.'
He was certain that this was overstepping the boundaries between the two, but the Austrian could not care less... Even if Gilbert were to tease him about it later, or tell the others about it... No. Roderich was sick of always trying to keep a perfect reputation. He kissed the ex-nation with a fleeting touch, much like before. He was certain that Gilbert would probably think he was lying about this... But perhaps it was better for the albino that way. Maybe it meant that he didn't have to deal with emotions... If he assumed that it was all a lie.

His eyes widened a bit, but it was the only break in Gilbert's emotionless mask. He bit his lip, turning away a bit as Roderich spoke, a slight shiver running through him. He knew that the aristocrat would be able to feel the slight tremble since they were still touching. "Ni," he mumbled. He knew that the Austrian would hear him this time, but also that he wouldn't understand him. It was a dead language that only he had ever used at one point. If he spoke with Austria, it had been with German, Latin or English.
He tried to listen to Roderich, feeling so dizzy. He...couldn't tell if he was telling the truth or not. He couldn't. Everything was so confusing. He felt smothered.
He gave a weak gasp when Roderich kissed him again, his mask shattering. His cheeks heated up, lightly pink and his eyes were wide and fogged.
Moving off of the Austrian, Gilbert laid down on his side with his back facing his host. "I-I don't understand," he groaned, voice weak. "I'm so dizzy." He shivered, shutting his eyes and trying to make sense of everything.

Then it was settled. Yao trusted Ivan enough to not have attacked the Greek, and so believed that Heracles was merely sulking out in the corridor, or something similar. He was certain that the Russian would not have done anything... After all, Ivan had said repeatedly that he did not want to upset Yao. And, by that logic, he would not have hurt Heracles, which would have hurt the Asian too.
'Don't worry about wording it, okay...? I understand.' He murmured, nuzzling into the scarf with a purr of contentment. 'It's a shame, but it's just one of those things that happens, I guess. No matter. It'll be just as fun with just you and I, aru.' He decided to quieten his words a little. After all, if Heracles walked in at that moment, it would be rather offensive to hear them discussing going out without him.
'So, what would you like for us to do together, aru?'
----------
Roderich sat up, glancing down at his wrists to make sure they were unharmed. After confirming that there was no damage, he looked to Gilbert, finding that he was greeted with a view of the ex-nation's back.'Charming.' However, the Austrian sat in silence for a few moments, contemplating the situation.
Awkward didn't begin to cover it.
And not only that, Gilbert was ill too... So it was impossible to formulate an idea of the man's true feelings when under the influence of medication. And even still, Roderich was causing him suffering... After chasing him out into the rain and causing Gilbert's illness in the first place.
It took the aristocrat a few moments to realise that he was becoming a bit of a monster, the embodiment of sin.
And like before, he was unable to feel any sort of guilt. His confession had been true... So he could not regret it.
However, as to what he should do now, Roderich didn't know. He felt a flash of cowardice, wanting to flee the room and find somewhere to hide... But that would solve nothing. Staying would probably prolong Gilbert's suffering, and that much, he did not want. So... he was stranded.
'Would... You like for me to let you be?' He asked quietly, running one hand through his hair in exasperation. Why everything had to be so difficult, he didn't know. And right now, he didn't care that he didn't have his glasses anymore.

Silently laying beside the aristocrat was somewhat comforting for the albino. Even though it was staggeringly awkward, Gilbert felt a sort of contentment within himself to simply be near someone who still believed that he was somebody, even with the loss of his nation status. It made it easier to be able to ask for help and for companionship.
The quiet and calmness was helping his dizziness. It was starting to become tolerable. The heat it had brought along was fading, most likely indicating that the fever that had risen because of his stress was now falling.
When Roderich asked him if he wanted to be left alone, a tinge of fear ran through him. He didn't. He really, really didn't! Since he had fallen back under his brother's care, he had never really been ill alone, aside from when he was asleep. The most he'd ever find himself alone was for a couple of minutes. Being alone in this state kept bringing up bad memories.
"N-ni," he mumbled, once again speaking Prussian by accident. He shook his head, trying to get out of that habit. "D-don't leave." The blush on his cheeks darkened a bit, feeling quite pathetic.

"I was only joking, Alfred-kun," Kiku revealed, a grin playing on his face, "I didn't mean to worry you. I knew you were teasing the entire time. It's alright."
In reality, Kiku was working on his lies with Alfred, even though he knew the American was quite gullable. It was a low tactic, but Kiku needed to be able to lie convincingly if Yao was going to be visiting him. A wave of chargin hit Kiku and the nation began to color in embaressment, knowing that what he was doing was wrong.
"Alfred-kun...Gomen nasai," Kiku thought to himself sadly, "I do not want to have to lie to you, demo, Yao-nii-san is very preceptive and if I cannot lie convincingly to him, my secret will be revealed..."
"Alfred-kun, is the meeting continuing?" Kiku asked, changing the topic, "We have been conversing for quite some time now. I truly hope that Arthur-san will not be upset that I have been using his phone for a large amount of time."

"Y-You sure? I-I mean! Yeah, you are sure, W-Why wouldn't you be, ha..." Alfred stuttered in embarrassment. How could he have thought Kiku was mad or something?
" Um, I have no idea. I'm trying to pass that duty off to Germany, but I can't find him anywhere. I also lost my sheet for the meeting. Maybe, maybe I should just cancel it..." Alfred said with a sigh. He had no idea what he was suppose to do, he lost his sheet, it was a really bad storm, and from the looks of things, no one was really in the mood to have a world meeting.
"Maybe it would be safer for everyone if I just canceled the meeting. That way, everyone could get home safely..." Alfred whispered so no one else but Kiku would hear. ' 'Sides, I really need to get meds for Kiku.'
"Aw, If Iggy complain, just tell him I'll pay for it." 'I hope he isn't pissed or anything...'

Yao tore himself from his comfortable position in order to glance out of the window. 'You're right... The weather's terrible, aru. But I still want to spend more time with you.' The Asian asserted. No weather was going to dampen his persistance, that was for sure. He didn't want to be alone. Not anymore... Having to shut out the rest of the world to preserve himself was painful.
'I'm sure we'll think of something... I don't think the weather will die down, but all that means is that we can't go for a long walk, I guess...? We could easily find somewhere indoors.' He supposed that, for Ivan, that probably meant finding a bar. Although Yao did not mind bars... He minded drinking. His own drinking, that is. He knew that he had a terrible habit of speaking his mind a little too much when tipsy, and his emotions tended to radically dart about in a bipolar manner... Which could only cause trauma.
'Ivan... I'm staying here, overnight, aru.' The Asian confessed quietly, returning to snuggling into the soft material of the scarf again. 'I need to see Japan tomorrow... But... I don't want to stay alone tonight.' He could feel his face burning, and decided to hide it in the comforting folds of the cloth... Mainly to hide it rather than to cool down. 'Y-you don't have to, but... I was wondering... Whether you'd like to... Y'know. Uhm... Stay. W-with me. Not in a dodgy way...! But... Just because I... I miss your company. I really do miss you, aru.' He decided to hide the real reason, for now. He couldn't confess in front of everyone... That he was plagued by the same nightmare. And had been for years. It'd gotten to the point where he was able to wake up without reacting to it, for the most part... But sometimes not.
----------
'...Alright. I won't.' Roderich answered after a few moments, resting his back against the headboard with a softened sigh. 'This really is confusing me. And I'm sure it's no better for him, either.' He mused as he looked over at Gilbert, noticing that he'd not moved at all to interact properly.
Well, this was going to be... Odd.
He reached across to the bedside table, fingertips lingering on the book he'd been reading at night. He paused. 'No. That would be ill-mannered of me... When I am meant to be entertaining a guest.' It would have to wait until later, he supposed, instead switching the bedside lamp off. He thought it would be easier on Gilbert's eyes... But it also took away a little of the awkwardness that he -Roderich- was feeling.
Casting off his jacket and jabot to the floor somewhere, he felt a little more relaxed. In the dark, he could dress how he liked. No one could really see him, after all... And, rather unlike himself, he then undid a couple of buttons and untucked his shirt. 'There... Much more casual. If only this situation was as easily dealt with...'

Ivan blinked when Yao pulled away, missing the Asian's warmth immediately. He glanced over to the man, curious as to his reaction toward how terrible the weather had grown. He was somewhat surprised that he remained as determined to go out as before. In that type of weather, most would surrender to it.
Deciding to keep his mouth shut about it, the Russian couldn't help but feel skeptical that anything would be open. If London was anything like Moscow, weather like this tended to close everything. It was a severe storm out there.
Ivan felt the warmth of the Asian again, jarring him from his thoughts. He glanced down. "Sound nice. Weather keep me here," he murmured. "Good not be alone." He knew that he would have been alone, otherwise. Natalia's boss didn't want her around the Russian, trying to get her to become independent. "Missed, too..." It felt weird speaking this way. He wasn't used to it.

Silent, Gilbert waited for a response. His heart felt heavy in his chest, each beat seeming to be louder than it was. Would Roderich agree? Or would he leave Gilbert alone to his nightmares and memories? To be honest, it could go either way. The Austrian had always been that way. One could predict he'd do one thing, and then he'd do the exact opposite. Then again, the Prussian was like that, too, but to a greater degree. He was spared from analyzing the possibilities when the aristocrat agreed. A blush darkened his cheeks again as he resisted the urge to give a sigh of relief. "Thanks..." he murmured.
Falling quiet again, the Prussian realized that he was still wearing the Austrian's glasses. They were comfortable enough to wear that he had forgotten he was even wearing them. He...supposed he should give them back, but he didn't want to. No, he'd wear them until Roderich asked for them back or if he wanted to take them off.
After hearing a bit of rustling as the Austrian stripped off a few layers, Gilbert rolled onto his back and stared up at the ceiling, his eyes quickly getting used to the dark, using the dim light from the hall.

Well, that had been surprising. Yao hadn't expected that his friend would agree to it... It warmed him. 'Y-you will? I'm glad.' He murmured with a contented, happy smile, tightening his hug for a brief few moments. Of course, he had much stronger words than just 'I'm glad', but he did not want to confuse Ivan by using them.
When the Russian confessed to missing him too, Yao's cheeks pinkened. It was sweet that Ivan had missed him, but it had been unexpected. It was something that the Asian believed that, if felt by Ivan, it'd be something that he would have hidden rather than to have shared it. However, Yao was rather glad that he did... It didn't make his own emotions seem so clingy, and it meant that Ivan trusted him enough to tell him, at least.
'Do you think the meeting's going to start soon, aru?' He murmured after a few moments, yawning. It really was comfortable... He thought that he'd feel quite cold, but it was actually quite pleasant. It took away the stifling-ness of warmer hugs, and the fact that he fit quite well with his friend (although it was a little humiliating to prove how small he was in comparison) made it all the more enjoyable. He couldn't hlp but lean a little into Ivan, feeling quite sleepy. 'Mmn... Wake me up if something important happens, aru.' He joked mildly. 'I don't feel like moving...'
----------
'...It's quite alright.' Roderich replied, glancing across at the albino as he heard movement. Of course, now that he could see the man's face -only ever so slightly-, it didn't make it any easier to talk to him. It seemed harder, if anything else. 'About... What I said. Before. I...' he began readying his 'let's just forget it' speech again, but paused. No. This time, he wasn't going to give in, not to his own cowardice.
'I was wondering... Whether you believed me or not.' He looked away, swallowing. This was a difficult conversation topic... Though it needed to be addressed, as much as he'd rather not. '...Don't feel as if you have to answer. I understand... If you don't.' He mumbled, toying with the hem of his shirt. He felt as awkward as a child being scolded... But the scolding was from his own mind and conscience. Asking this of a sick man who'd probably rather forget it all was a little bit... Innappropriate.
'Also... if you need anything, you only have to say.' He shifted in order to lay down also, feeling a little awkward being sat up. However, he left a gap between the both of them so that he did not unsettle the ex-nation.
