"Very good!" Em watched Topaz's graceful fall, fearful at first, but trusted to what she was doing.

After she came up from the water, Em gave a clap of approval. "That looked fun!"
Siencyn, still hovering, gave a snort of approval and rose higher into the air over the lake. He hovered there again, watching the other two pairs.

-I wanna go fly and explore some more!-
-Yes I know, I know. We're going to, I was just waiting for Vi and Topaz to get alittle better aquainted.-
Siencyn snorted again and looked towards the slowly rising sun and flipped his fur that fell into his face.  

[Dayon Rolav]

The body of Eyotto's victim fell heavy on the ground with a loud thud. The metal of the man's weapon clanged onto the ground as it fell out of the man's hands. Eyotto's foot rested on his chest and he pressed into the body, his trademark grin shown on his face. He chuckled to himself as he looked down to the body, seeing the face of the dead Onyx, Dragon Knight of Life.
"Keh heh heh...If this is really all they have to offer, then there aren't any worries, are there Ryuk?"
The serpentine dragon swooped down, carrying the broken body of the Dragon of Life.
-=I should say not, Master Eyotto. Then again, this was a cocky Knight, and I doubt he was stronger than any others.=-
"Yes, so do I. The ones to worry about are the Knight of Wisdom, Lightning, and those Knights from Ithranna. Aside from them, if we can lead them away, the won't be any trouble to us."
-=Yesss, that would make the tables turn for our favor.=-
With a satisfied grin and chuckle, Eyotto pulled his Demon Dao out of the Onyx's body and walking off.

Fire span around suddenly, Tharazzi had heard the figure in the trees behind them too as she could distantly see his shadow on the sand.
"What?" Neo frowned and pushed his hands into his pockets, retreating to the water even when there was no where else to go.
"I think something has been watching us for a while, i don't know why i didn't hear it before." She muttered angrily to herself.
"Is it a problem?" Neo asked.
"Well, you just told them that you are not from around here and as you said, people don't like differences." She created a small ball of fire in her hand and got ready to throw it at the figure if it attepmted to harm either of them.
Can you see what it is? Fire asked the small red dragon as he flew above them.
It seems to be a demon, or a group of them. I wonder what they are doing here? Tharazzi let himself fall a few feet so that it wouldn't take as long for him to land and help.
"Come out!" Fire called, the ball in her hand almost doubling in size in less than a second.
Neo watched the ball with interest and raised one of his hands almost unconciously, he watched helplessly as the fire shrank back to the size it was before then disappeared.
"What did you do?" Fire growled, spinning round to face the alien. "What did you do!" She demanded, almost shouting at him.
"I-I...I don't know." Neo sighed taking another step back and feeling the water around his feet.
"Well whatever it was, undo it! You have blocked the fire or something." She growled, advancing towards him even though he was in the water, the threat of the demons forgotten.

"I can't undo something i can't control." Neo said, trying to keep calm, although he was backing further into the water with no weapon, Fire had lost her magic and seemed to be ignoring the demons that were beginning to emerge from their places between the trees.
Try having that arguement later, i can still breath fire, you can still fight and Neo...well, he is around if you need him. Tharazzi muttered, flying slightly lower although refusing to battle unless he needed to.
Fire growled a final time at Neo then span round and ran towards the demons, watching as they fell almost instantly under the point of her spear.
When only a few were left Tharazzi landed in front of Neo, Fire retreated to the dragon's side and let him kill the rest.
Once the three were out of immidite danger Neo moved away and began to examine the bodies of the demons.
"Did you really have to kill them?" He sighed.
"It was either them or us." Fire replied, beginning to growl again. "And it would have been easier if i had my magic back." She muttered, brushing past him and beginning to walk along the beach.
Tharazzi followed silently.  

[Rei Sakurazaki]

Reiko Nokada had been wandering the land for many months now. Shunned from her village, branded as an outcast, for being a half wolf demon. Walking in a snowy barren wasteland it is night time where she is.....
She is walking slowly to conserve energy as she travels through. Suddenly a moster attacks. She gets out her spear, Eclipse, and runs it through. Little did she know there was 3 others waiting. One of the monsters bears its claws and tackles Reiko down into the snow. Her spear was knocked from her hands. The other two are soon ready to attack. All of a sudden she hears a voice: "You who have crossed into my territory.....shall be destroyed." Reiko looks around for the owner of the voice. Up above, a huge shadow ungulfs the full moon.....as fast as shadow it attacks the monsters, demolishing them in mere seconds. The shadow turns its head to Reiko, its eyes glowing in the dark. "You who have passed into my territory....." Reiko quickly gets back up in a fighting stance, summoning her spear to her hand. "I'm not passing into your territory, anyone can traverse these lands," she growled. The dragon stops. "You can hear my voice? Then I have found you.... The dragon rears up, exposing itself to the moonlight. It was a black dragon, with a marking of a blue crescent moon upon its forehead. It bows in front of Reiko, who was astonished. "I have found you .....I am Duran." Reiko's crystal pendant began to glow faintly in the moonlight as she approaches the dragon, and touches it on its snout. "I guess I wasn't useless after all."

Jade sat on the ground, her eyes were cold and almost seemed sad. Jade put her hand on the cold ground and pushed, pushing herself up to her feet. Luka raised herself as well, Luka was know big enough to ride and growing more and more. Luka shifted one icy eye to Jade's capureing Jade's gaze in her own.

"Would you like to ride for the first time Jade? I think I am finally strong and large enough to let you." Luka said stareing at Jade. Luka smiled as Jade looked lightly scared.

"Oh...I dont know I...im not sure if im ready" Jade said to Luka because Jade allready knew she hated highs.

Luka smiled and nuzzled Jade slightly "Oh do not worrie Jade, I wont let you fall." Luka smirked as she lifted her head. Jade hesatated but climed up on Luka. Luka grunted as she tryed to get use to the new weight.

Topaz smiled at Vi. "Let's go!" she called as the turned around and flew over to Em. But before she had reached her, she felt a jolt of pain in her head.

.: Mithril... :. Vermelho had felt it too... He dropped a few feet in the air at first, then plumeted. He gained enough control to slow their free fall before they hit the ground.

"Onyx!" Topaz called, the yell tearing from her throat in a unnatural growl. Topaz felt her vocal cords ripping from the fiercenss of her yawp.

.: You did love him. You didn't want to admit it. You loved him, didn't you? :.

"Yes," she whispered. She shuddered and tears began to pour down her eyes. "Onyx..." she said in an inaudible whisper. She stood up, and ran as fast as she could, dodging trees and boulders, through the forest until she saw his weapon lying next to a puddle of his blood. Her eyes, dry now, traveled aroung the clearing. His body was no where to be found. She then knelt by the puddle, and pulled out a single arrow, wiping the metal blade in the blood. The red blood, wet on the blade, would not dry quickly, but it was a token of her love, and it was meant for only one.

.: Him? :. Mel asked as he stumbled into the clearing.
.: Yes. :.

Topaz then took up his weapon. There was only a small amount of blood on it, at the very tip, and it was very scratched. She slipped it in her belt, found a small bottle, and took some more of Onyx's blood. She would cast the spell later, and she put the bottle back in her bag. Still holding the arrow, she leaned against a nearby tree, stittingn on the ground and thinking hard.

"Hmm...I feel something....." he walked along the hardly traveled path and didn't feel right, not sick or hurt, but different, as he walked further down the path he heard whispering, he turned quick but it was everywhere no matter where he turned.. "Who's there?" he siad in a semi-worried voice. The whispering continued and he ran in towards a nearby mountain. He didn't know why but he just felt like he had to. By the time he got to the foothills the whispering got louder and then it just stopped. "What?" he looked up the mountain....just staring...

Night came quickly as he was deep in thought. "I better find some shelter." H started to climb the mountain in hopes of finding a cave and then it happened...
a rock demon jumped out from the side of the mountain as if the stone was water. He'd have already attacked but at this steepness, fightng would be difficult. The demon was first to attack, sending a wave of stone spears in his direction. He jumped to the side to avoid being impailed and tried to steady himself on the slope. When he finally got on his feet he swung his maul as hard as he could...CRACK....he hit the rock demon square in the chest and he fell. But instead of hitting the ground he went right though the rock. "Come out you coward!" and the demon did. He grabbed Zephyr's maul and pulled it under the rock as well, but Zephyr didn't let go and went right down with him.

He felt intense heat as he went further into the mountain. Finally he broke through into a chamber where he fell a good 50 feet to the bottom. The only light source was from a pit of lava. The rock demon, with his cracked chest, swung the maul right at its owner. It barely missed him and he ducks under and grabs his weapon. The demon, now disoriented, sinks down into the rocks yet again. Right before he was all the way under he heaved the maul at its head, which turned to dust, just leaving the rest of the corpse solidified on the floor. "Now how am I going to get out?" From above this time he felt the voice again but stronger. The sound of grinding rock above was now sounding. -=Get out!!!=-

Neo crouched silently beside one of the demon's bodies, trying to think of a way to bypass his own regeneration, he wouldn't bring the demon back to life but it would be a useful tool for other people. He knew that bringing new life was possible with strange things such as nanogenes, he had even heard a tale of another time lord giving up his own lives to save another race. But both involved technology he didn't have. The alien sighed and stood, running a hand through his blond hair almost angrily.
"Neo!"
Neo turned and frowned, watching as Tharazzi flew up the beach towards him.
"Hello." He smiled, landing neatly beside the future knight of time and tilting his head slightly to one side, like he wanted a reply to an unasked question.
"I haven't purposefully stolen her magic." Neo sighed, sitting again, holding his knees to his chest and staring out at the sea.
"I never said you had." Tharazzi muttered, he placed his head on his paws and joined Neo.
"Where do you come from?" Neo asked, pausing for a few seconds then continuing. "I mean, what town?"
"I..don't know." The dragon frowned. "Somewhere. Fire comes from a small village high in a group of mountains, i never really thought to ask."
Neo nodded sadly.
"You should smile more. What's the worse that could happen?" Tharazzi asked cheerfully.
"The creatures that blew up my planet could come here and not only kill me, but destroy this planet as well. Then they would be unstoppable. I'm not saying that i am the only one that can kill them, but i know their weaknesses better than they do." He stopped and smiled weakly. "But that isn't the worse that could happen." He paused again. "They could kill Fire and keep you alive."
Tharazzi began to growl, although not at what Neo had said, he was looking up now, at a shadowy figure descending on them, almost blocking out the sun from its sheer size.
"What is it?" Neo asked, standing and sheilding his face from the strength of its wing beats.
"Another dragon..."

Jade held only Luka tightly as she Luka flew, Jade had never flew and it was a new feeling. Luka winced slightly and moved her long neck so Jade wasnt holding onto her so tight.

"I told you im not going to let you fall." Luka said rolling her eyes back at Jade and smiled slightly. Luka flew down and landed on the ground slightly on her back legs and fell foraward onto all fours. Jade tryed to get off Luka's back but triped and feel.

"Ow..." Jade said getting up off the ground, Luka seemed to be laughing at her as Jade turned around look at her. "Oh luka shut up." Jade said as she walked away to go find a place to sleep. Luka troted over to Jade following her.  

[Hoshi Okami]

Hoshi stared at her companion for a moment, concerned by his lack of consciousness, but shrugged.
"Valk, are we almost there?" she asked her dragon, suddenly solemn. Valk squirmed around in her arms, and seemed to be becoming more and more restless as they went. Hoshi still wanted a good explaination of exactly what happened.
"I can't be sure, I swear there was a town around here..." her dragon muttered in a rather agitated sounding tone.
The half-wolf glared at her long-time friend, but shrugged it off. Her only concern was that she could not let her friends slip away. (Although she was considerably more concerned for Jager than his happy-go-lucky dragon)

Emelin smiled towards Topaz as she and Vermelho came up to join them. Siencyn flapped his wings excitedly and awaited their arrival. Em's smile faded as they plumeted to the ground, Siencyn's excitment doing the same.

Sien dived after them, attempting to try and keep them from hitting the ground to hard. But Mel saved them both in time, Siencyn stopped in mid-dive and hovered as they both watched Topaz dart into the forest. Vermelho followed after her and Siencyn looked back to Emelin.

Emelin had an idea what went on, but she wasn't completly sure. A pain like none other can cause both a dragon and their partner to fall. Emelin nodded and Sien followed above the treetops.

They landed a clearing away from where Topaz and Vermelho were. Em slid off Siencyn's back and gave him a pat on his shoulder. Sien shrunk and sat upon her shoulder.

They walked over to where Topaz was and only brought her head around a tree to see what has happened. Sien scurried up the tree into the branches and watched from above. Em looked upon Onyx's corpse and an instant frown came. She looked up and saw Topaz sitting against a tree, deep in thought.

-We shouldn't be here Sien, or at least not yet. C'mon.-
Sien gave a retreating glance of sorrow and climbed down the tree. They both went back to the clearing and Siencyn grew again.
-Let's go back to Vi, it was kinda rude to just leave her.-
Sien nodded and flew off in a cloud of dust, back to the now sun-filled lake.

"WWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Rue fell from the sky so fast he was developing his own flame, but it wasn't the sky. He was falling away from the moulten core of the world. A small canal into a lava pit. He flew out and landed on a rock. "Ow...HEY! I believe I had a hat!" A torched leaf flew out of the hole. It was only ashes. "Ohh....First I loose everything in Ithranna, now my leaf hat...what's next?" He looked around and saw a person looking around for a way out. Rue got up. "HEEEEYYYYYY!!!!" He waved at the one who defeated the rock demon.

Jager continued to dream in his unconcious state. Instead of his recent dream of a lost love, he dreamt of someone different. A man with gleaming glasses in a dark sillouhette, and a large hammer. He reached his hand out at Jager, his palm covering his vision. At the nightmare's end, Jager woke up, the feeling of flight overtaking him. He looked to the half demon whose dragon he rode upon. "Hoshi.."

...It was an earthquake. The demon's spirit is not through...


The grinding of rock continued. It got louder every second. -=GET OUT!=- the voice screamed yet again. The lava in the pit began to sink very fast. The air pressure dropped quickly as the rocks around him moved. Where was he supposed to go? Then, from no where, a figure from above came falling down, barley able to hear it screaming though the grinding. "You again!!!!" He swung his maul to attack position ready to kill.
