Kyle groaned and tried to run real fast but his ankle still hurt.He said "Would one of the groups mind going slow or something because I think I twisted my ankle." He then said "Where was the safe house you came from."

Vincent looked over at Horatio. "Are you sure that we should split up, man? I mean is that really the best real option?" Vincent and Horatio had been together since the start of the mass infection rates. They had both killed their first tank when they had met. Vincent knew Horatio was good enough to defend himself but Vincent found Horatio as the closest thing he could call to a friend.

Joshua took the pain pills and got ready to run. "Ok, if we split up, who do I run to? Just whoever is closest, or do we have set groups?" He readied his shotgun and listened for the sound of a horde, but could not hear it. "Decide fast, it seems clear enough to make it there right now."

"I sid IF we need to split up, like if we get seperated for some reason. We ain't crossed that bridge just yet though," Horatio said, "We run now!" Horatio sprinted to the alley entrance and down the alley, into the saferoom and grabbing ammo, listening for any suspicious sounds while he did so.

Vincent put an arm around Kyle and helped him run cuz of his twisted ankle. "C'mon, buddy, I'll get you there. Everyone, keep an eye out! It's never this quite for too long." As Vincent was running he heard something strange....it was a whirring sound, like the sound of...helicopter blades swirving. While continuing to run, Vincent looked over his shoulder and noticed a figure in the air getting closer. "Everyone stop!" Vincent let go of Kyle for a moment after preparing him and threw his hands up in the air. "HEY! OVER HERE! WE'RE NOT INFECTED, HELP US PLEASE!"

(No I did not just make a L4D reference that was my own dialogue.)

Kyle said "Thanks."He saw the helicopter and yelled "HELP PLEASE WE NEED HELP."He tried to step and his ankle hurt.He said "I dont think they can hear us. Lets go get ammo than see if they see us."He then started limping to the safe house.

"Stop!" Horatio shouted, holding his fist up in teh air in a hand signal to stop the others. He watched the helicopter's form get closer slowly. He then saw that it had a slender body.

"Hey Vincent, look at that helicopter, it's body is really slim, and it looks like it has small wings with something under them," Horatio stopped in mid sentence, then realized what was about to happen, "It's an Apache! Run, everyone run!" Horatio ran backwards and went up to Kyle, "Vincent, go! I'll meet you at the S-Mart three blocks North!" Horatio dropped his gun and pack, picking Kyle up and slinging him onto his back in a fireman's carry, "Run!" he shouted, just before the Apache, now only a few hundred feet away, started firing it's machine guns at the ground 50 yards from the group, the trail of bullets quickly covering the empty ground and moving towards the Survivors.

Vincent nodded at Horatio ran and pointed to Joshua then to George. "Joshua, your with me, George, go off with Horatio. Move it, on the double!" Vincent ran with Joshua onto a bridge and just as the bullets started to fly in their direction Vincent grabbed Josh by the collar as a missle fired in their direction and Vincent jumped behind a big bus as an explosion sounded off behind them, destroying the path on the bridge up to where the bus Vincent and Joshua were hiding behind. Once the Apache passed over them Vincent looked over at Joshua and wiped sweat off his own brow. "You alright man? Got all your fingers and toes....and/or limbs, otherwise?"

Joshua looked at his hands. "Yep, I'm in one piece. We should probably head to S-mart before it comes back." He suggested, getting up and brushing the dirt off himself. He started mumbling to himself. "Ok, the S-mart is to the north, and the sun is over there..." He raised his voice so Vincent could hear. "Hey, if it's afternoon, is the sun in the east or west?"

Horatio moved as fast as he could down the street as the others ran towards teh bridge. He was trying to find a building with an open door they could throw themselves into before the apache could shoot them. He saw an open door not ten feet in front of him and went for it. He looked behind him and saw a streak of smoke and fire.

"This is gonna be a close one!" Horatio shouted as he made his way into the room, dropping Kyle on the ground an shielding him with his body just as the missile lit up two cars outside the building, sending fire and burning debris everywhere.

"You okay?" Horatio asked as he tried to stand up, but winced, and noticed a peice of metal stuck in his right leg.

Kyle groaned and said "Ya I am are you okay because that peice of metal looks like it has to hurt." He stood up and took a step.His ears were ringing from the explosion.He saw something shine in the corner of the room.He walked over and found it was a small pile of ammo.He said "Finally ammo for my auto shotgun."He picked up as much ammo as he could and loaded his shotgun.

"No, the peice of missile in my leg makes me feel like running a mile. Of course it hurts!" Horatio pulled his wallet from his pocket, putting it in his mouth. He ripped a peice of his shirt off and put it over the metal, yanking it out of his leg. He bit down on the wallet, his teeth almost tearing straight through it from the pain. He closed his eyes and started to cry as blood started pouring from the gash in his leg. He quickly tied a tournekit around his leg above the gash using the piece of torn shirt.

George leaned against a wall and sighed. George then said. "What is the plan now?"

Vincent got up and checked himself for any injuries and then checked his gun. "If it's the afternoon then the sun is in the west." Vincent checked his pistol and then turned to Joshua and helped him up. "So the S-Mart would beeeee..... that way, right?" Vincent pointed in said direction and readied his Combat Rifle.
