"This is stupid. Why am I even out here in the first place?" Angelique questioned herself, staring at England's front door.

She had stormed out earlier during the meeting because she hated it when France and England fought. For one, France was the nation that raised her and she cared for him deeply. Another thing was that England raised her as well and, technically, she was part of the British Commonwealth. So why was it that whenever the two nations met that they were always fighting? Also, what exactly was she doing outside of England's door when she could just go back to her own hotel room, which was what she was initially going to do.

"Questions of the century..." Angelique thought dully, raising a hand and knocking on England's door before subconsiously realizing what she had done.

"Oh my gosh, why did I do that?" The black haired madien squealed, backing away from the door and feeling the rain hit her skin, soaking her dress.

Looking at herself, Angelique moved to stand under the doorway again, not wanting to get soaked in the rain. Seeing as how she didn't have a choice in the matter anymore, the Seycholis girl sighed and turned her attention to the door once again, knocking softly once she was facing the door.

"Please hurry, Arthur, I'm cold..." Angelique thought to herself, rubbing her arms in an attempt to warm up.

Japan looked over at America and sighed, tugging on the hem of his shirt. He knew that England was getting suspicious and probably already knew that Kiku was still sick, but he didn't want France to know. The Frenchman spilled many secrets when he was extremely drunk, so Kiku couldn't trust him with his secret. Even when Arthur got drunk, he didn't spill anything that could jepordize his country or himself.

"Alfred-kun, could you give me my medication in the room I am currently borrowing from Arthur-san?" Kiku murmured in question into the American's ear, "I would not like France-san to know the extent of my illness. Knowing Arthur-san, he probably suspects or already knows."

Kiku would not show himself to be weak in front of two of the oldest nations around, excluding himself, of course. Also, America was young and naive, so this was a lesson for the young nation on what consiquences one would have to face for their actions. Kiku hoped that what was happening to him would not happen to any other, especially the American beside him.

Alfred looked out of the corner of his eyes and gave a slight nod.
"Iggy!" Alfred said shrilly, Can I use your bathroom? I gotta piss." Alfred said simply, knowing that Arthur would be irritated at the tone and the words he used.

(Hahahaha! Maybe biggrin )

Coughing, Kiku blinked in surprise as how straightforward Alfred's question to Arthur was. Also, he never expected the American to call England 'Iggy', whatever that meant. Swallowing the blood that was trying to force its way up Kiku's thoat once again, the Japanese man stood up and dusted off his shirt.

"Gomen nasai, Arthur-san, France-san," Kiku apologized to the other two nations, "Demo, I'm not feeling my greatest again and just came out to investigate the noise. If you don't mind, I will be retiring to the room Arthur-san has lent me for now."

Bowing politely, Kiku left the room before stumbling in the hallway leading to the guest room. His shoulder hit the wall fairly hard, but not loud enough for the other three nations to hear. Covering his mouth, Kiku could feel the blood dripping between his fingertips, so he rushed to the guest bedroom and into the bathroom there to vomit up the blood in his mouth.

((Hahaha, welcome back~ You have been missed. =D ))

That was an interesting word choice. However, Roderich was uncertain as to whether that counted as a word or a name... Because names didn't count. However, that would be diving into the technicalities that really didn't need to be delved into. Besides, he didn't want to get into an argument right now. He felt too lazy to summon the willpower for a debate. So, he'd let it slide.

He realised, then, that he'd not answered for a few moments. Oh dear... What was the word again? Oh, yes, Poland. Hm... He didn't know the nation that well at all, and neither did he know much about the culture or history; of course, he'd heard about that war that both Prussia and Poland had been in... But to bring that up would be a bad idea.

'U-uhm...' This one was not so easy. Not a single word sprang to mind-

'Oh! Lithuania. They're... Associated, right?' He was sure it was Lithuania... It was one of the Baltics, at least. Maybe Latvia, but he was sure whichever one it was, their name began with L...

Settling himself into the back seat, Greece let out a slight sigh, before turning to see if the Russian needed any assistance with placing the Chinese man in the car.

"Do you need any help?" Having waited a few moments to see how the taller nation was going to go about getting Yao into the vehicle, the Greek called out, concerned that the rain could be making his friend's condition worse. Afterall, he had sneezed inside the building.. It wouldn't help whatsoever if the Asian were to come down with a cold on top of his other symptoms.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Hurry up, Antonio!" Having noticed the Spaniards hesitation, the Belgian paused, a confused smile covering her face. "We don't want to keep the taxi waiting, do we?" Offering a hand out, the female nation gestured slightly for the Spanish nation to join them.
((Sorry for the long wait for this..I have had a very busy life lately. xD))
Shaking his head lightly, the Russian refused Yao's offer to pay. "Nyet," he argued, his masking smile in place on his lips. "Is fine. Government have obligation to pay needs." He neglected to mention that both the taxi and hotel room were coming from his own pocket, not his government's.
He cradled the smaller nation with his free arm, making sure to keep them covered from the rain. He hid a look of displeasure when the Greek went into the back seat of the taxi, knowing for a fact that he refused to sit in the front and leave Yao with Greece.
Ivan shifted the Asian with one arm, slipping into the back seat of the taxi with an ease that was belied by his stature. He nimbly closed the umbrella one-handed, tucking it beside his leg and closing the car door. Ignoring the Greek, he managed to do so in such a way that it appeared that he had simply been unable to hear him over the storm, which was believable.
Carefully shifting the Asian once more, he attempted to get Yao as settled on his lap as he could, all the while slipping his seatbelt on. It was tricky, but manageable, to ensure that the ill nation was not hindered by the seatbelt, while Ivan was.
Too late, Gilbert realized his mistake in the word he had chosen. Since he had only played this game once before, he had forgotten some of the rules to it. One of them was that names were not applicable. Damn.
Then again, after a moment of silence, Austria came up with a similar word. Apparently, he was going to accept his lack of knowledge about the game. Now, at least, Gilbert remembered that rule. This way, he shouldn't make the same mistake.
"Mm...s'pose," he murmured, content to bask in the warmth for a moment or so. "Erm... worrier?" he murmured, not knowing much about the Baltic nation, despite his constant tormenting of the poor guy in the past.
Watching Lovino step under Bella's umbrella, Antonio felt a moment of hesitation descend on him. The pessimism that had taken hold of him the moment his eyes caught sight of the rain near-strangled him with darkened thoughts of loneliness and bitterness.
Careful to hide said thoughts from his expression, he gave a light smile. "Hoora! Now Lovi is sheltered, too, si?"
It felt so fake to him. Too fake. But...he was always this apparently fake, wasn't he? Well, except that it was normally genuine. But...it didn't seem so. After all, how could one person remain cheerful all the time? Actually, how did he do so all the time? It was so easy to fall into depression like this, so how did he manage not to?
Called out to by the Belgian, he blinked and glanced over. "A-ah! Si!"
Starting forward, Antonio was hit by someone running past him. He lost his grip on his umbrella, losing it to the wind, as his balance escaped him. He fell backward, mud splattering over his clothes and rain pounding down on him. His smile finally faded into a look of shock.
Angelique shivered, still stuck outside in the rain. Peering into the window, she saw France and America, as well as England, but she wasn't sure if they heard her knock. Hesitantly, Angelique raised a hand to the door and knocked loudly. She was starting to get extremely cold and her current style of clothing wasn't helping matters.
"Still..." She thought to herself, "I should have known it was going to rain like this...I've live here, in this country, after all..."
Although the young Seychollis girl was permitted to leave the country whenever she wanted to return to her own, she was still a part of England as a colony and nothing was going to change that unless she asked England for her independance. Even then, she was terrified to because of two reasons. One, she had heard what happened between England and America and didn't want history to repeat itself. Two, she was growing conflicted with her feelings for France, who raised her as a child, and England, who was taking care of her now.
"Love and life can be so complicated..." Angelique thought tiredly, sitting down beside the door and falling into a light sleep, not knowing she had a fever growing.
((Yay, posting as China <3 I've missed this.))
It felt like being trapped in a bubble. Yao could vaguely register being moved about, and could hear Greece call out... Though he couldn't determine exactly what was said. Nevertheless, Ivan seemed to ignore him -as per usual- and so it couldn't have been anything dire... Or perhaps it was, and the Russian hadn't heard it either. It could easily happen...
Groaning a little in weak protest as he was moved about on his friend's lap, the Asian lifted one hand to gently swat at nothing as he closed his eyes. 'Mnn... Where...?' Letting the hand, that came into contact with nothing, fall back into his lap, Yao frowned. It was difficult to string a coherent sentence together in this state, and it was beginning to frustrate him a little. He'd not been sick like this since... Well, right now, he couldn't exactly remember.
Squirming a little in the Russian's lap, Yao opened his glazed-over eyes with a soft, weakened yawn. 'Mm sorry... F'bein' silly, 'ru.' Addressing the blurred shape of his best friend, the Asian mumbled under his breath. 'An' sorry too, H'cles.. S'rry... S'r... 'ru.' One hand began to fumble around on the taxi seats, looking for the Greek's hand, and when found, he patted the back once or twice, before resting his smaller, dainter hand on the much larger, tanned hand of the Mediterranean. 'S'ry.'
----------
Ah, now that was one of those difficult words. Worrier... Yes, from what he'd heard, the Lithuanian was afflicted by constant troubles. However, it was a rather vague word... And it made it a little difficult, too. The Austrian didn't exactly want to come up with a word that meant the same thing, despite his mind suggesting about five or six... And that was probably cheating. Snuggling briefly into the albino's chest, Roderich found himself slowly beginning to drift off into a comfortable doze. He wasn't even tired... Just very relaxed. Too relaxed.
No, no. He had to focus on the game. It was supposed to be helping to keep Gilbert awake, but it seemed to be having the adverse affect on the aristocrat. 'Worrier... Hm. Okay... Fear.' Supressing a yawn, Roderich reached to pinch his own wrist -with his arms around the German, he couldn't do much else- in order to shock himself into consciousness.
Francis grinned and twirled a lock of his blonde hair. " I wouldn't forget you~"
"Well," he started calmly with a mischevious tone in his voice. "I brought something for you...And of course, a little rum for you, I wouldn't forget that~" reaching into the cloth he brought out the bottle and swung it before his eyes and laughing slightly.
Lovino pushed the umbrella to Belgium quickly with a word of apology and tore after the figure that had pushed down his friend. His feet slapped against the wet pavement as he splashed through. "Bastardo!" he yelled. "Get back here and say sorry!"
Finally after the figure disapeared he stopped hopelessly, watching it disapear into the distance, he turned and slunk back into the taxi, embarrassed beyond belief.
"Sorry." he grumbled to both other nations.
Flashing a glare at the Frenchman, the Briton crossed his arms over his chest. With an indignant look on his face, he grabbed the bottle from Francis's hands in a swift motion. He peered at it curiously, mentally noting that it was a pricey, decent make...even if it was French.
Torn from the complication of figuring out what to say by Kiku and Alfred, he scowled at the American. "Stop calling me that," he snapped, setting the bottle on the coffee table. "And stop asking like you're a senseless child! While you're up there, wash your mouth with soap. Vulgar little cretin." The last thing was said in a inaudible mutter, keeping his insults to himself.
Turning to the Japanese man, he gave a fake smile. "You needn't ask, Kiku. Go right ahead." Somehow, he managed to hide the stress from his voice. Between the sickness and his already short temper, he was unable to keep his irritable mood in check.
Getting to his feet, he walked toward his kitchen in order to grab two glasses. For the Frenchman, he selected the dainty wine glass that Francis insisted he keep on hand for him. For himself, he grabbed a crystal glass. Closing the cupboard, he went back into the sitting room and set the two glasses beside the bottle of rum.
Pausing, he glanced over at the door, hearing a knock. Blinking, he pondered for a moment over who it could be. Coming up empty, he walked over and pulled it open. His eyes widened.
"Seychelles?" he murmured, voice inaudible in the storm. He knelt down beside the girl, rain beginning to soak through his clothes. Arthur put a hand on her shoulder, giving her a slight push to gain her attention.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ignoring the slight discomfort of his pipe digging into his hip, Ivan shifted the Asian again. He wanted to make sure that Yao was as comfortable as possible. But, he didn't know how to do that. He wasn't accustomed to worrying about someone else's comfort.

"Nyet. Not been silly. Is ill. Understand," he murmured, voice soft so he wouldn't be overheard.

He grimaced when the Greek was also addressed, resisting the urge to pull Yao's hand away from the Greek's.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gilbert tensed slightly at the choice of word. He should have known that it might show up. He should have dreaded it, really. Immediately, one word stuck out in his mind. He didn't want to say it, though.
Forcing himself to relax again, he bit the inside of his cheek slightly in unease. He could come up with a different word that caused him less trouble. But...that kind of ruined the point of the game, didn't it? The goal was to say the first related word that came to mind. Was it necessary to say a word that you didn't want to say?
With a soft, breathy sigh, he steeled himself. "Alone," he murmured, near-silent.
Groggily, Angelique opened her eyes to see emerald coloured ones looking down at her. She could barely make out Arthur's figure due to her just waking up and her instant urge to vomit. Swallowing back the bile threatening to come up through her throat, Angelique tried to get to her feet, but stumbled slightly. Regaining her posture, she turned and looked at Arthur.
"...I'm sorry to have disterbed you, Mister England, sir," She said in a small voice, "I came to your house for no reason...I was just worried about you...You seemed so distracted before you left, even before your argument with Francis..."
Angelique was unable to finish what she said because a sudden wave of exaustion flowed through her body and she passed out once again, her body falling forward and heading towards the ground.
With wide eyes, the Briton acted without thinking. With ease that came with his military training, he quickly caught her before she hit his doorstep. Looking somewhat lost with what to do, he bit his lip and glared up at the clouds. "This is karma, isn't it?" he spat in a quiet mutter. After all, he was now dealing with two ill nations, Alfred, and Francis.
Shaking his head in resignation, he shifted her so he was holding the girl in a way similar to bridal style. This way, he would be able to fully support her, as well as ensure that she wasn't too uncomfortable. He shifted slightly so her head was resting on his shoulder. One arm was around her back, while the other was holding her behind her knees, ensuring that the skirt of her dress protected her modesty.
He reentered his home, kicking the door shut lightly. Without a glance in the Frenchman's direction, he went upstairs. Since he didn't entertain guests often, he had few guest rooms. There was the one he first had Kiku in, with the damp mattress. He'd dry it off and have Alfred stay in there. There was Kiku's current room. Then, there was a room that Francis had pretty much taken as his own. He even furnished it, the blasted frog. That left only his own room.
With a sigh, he walked to his room. With a slight struggle, he managed to shift the unconscious girl enough to move some of the blankets off his bed and place a plastic-like blanket over top so his mattress would stay dry. Laying her down, he walked a few steps away and pondered over the situation.
Completely lost in his thoughts, the Spaniard didn't notice the Italian race off after the person who had knocked him over. The rain drenched him, leaving him shivering and miserable. Mud was splattered over the only clothes he had in the entire country, having not bothered with packing a bag. He hadn't anticipated being stuck in London.
Now, his appearance matched his mood. Soggy and dirtied. His mind was still full of those dark, pessimistic thoughts. If anything, they seemed worse.
Memories of being trapped in chains. Around his neck. Around his wrists. He could almost feel the cold, harsh metal. Dressed in dirtied clothes, dragged through the mud. It was all so vivid. Mud slipping into wounds and the pain. Such pain. Humiliation. Shame. It all seemed so real.
Hearing Lovino's grumble as if from a distance, Antonio snapped from his thoughts with a start. "A-ah, Lovi..." he murmured, staring up at his former charge with shock-filled eyes.
"I'm warm...And I'm lying on something so soft..." Angelique thought as she returned back to consiousness.
Slowly sitting up in the bed, Angelique rubbed her right eye as she surveyed her surroundings. It was a very nice room and looked as if it belonged to...Her eyes widened as she glanced over and saw Arthur standing nearby. It was then that the Seycholis girl realized that she was currently in the bedroom of Arthur Kirkland, the nation of England and the man who had taken over her island. Letting out a squeak of surprise, Angelique fell off of the bed and landed on her backside.
"...Ouch..." Angelique murmured, rubbing her backside tenderly, "Intelligent, Angel...Way to use your brain..."
