Nyome - Indeedly! heart

Ashram - I hadn't noticed it lately, but that used to happen back when the PM servers were lagging. The rest of the servers know you have a PM, but the PM servers don't. Give it a while to sort things out. Or, of course, someone sent you a PM but deleted it just before you could get to it.

Lang - I can't find the char design sheet for IC2 AD that I did...is there any chance you saved it? I can't locate the JPG or the paper version. stressed

Yeah, it's just lag. It also (sometimes) happens shortly after you send a PM/read your PM's.
It's been happening to me for a while now.
