Ew how could you possibly eat that much tilapia? On a side note: The zoo here uses tilapia to help clean the poo out of the hippo's tank, these fish can literally live off s**t, just saying.

Like most other fish, you usually stick with fillets.

EDIT:: I don't. That recipe serves four. I eat two-three fillets with a cup of rice when I make it, though.

Also, lot of things that we eat live on the detritus of other animals. Like veggies? Know what fertilizer is?
