akumu gave him a smile. she knew she couldnt trust him but that didnt mean she couldnt enjoy being around him... right?.

Garrek took another bite of his food."So what brought you to earth?" He asked casually streaching out his wings a little and repositioning his tail.

akumu looked down at her food. "well a lot of things i guess. mostly traveling and learning the things this world has to offer. humanity is so mixed. filled with rage yet also compassion. its so interesting." she finished her food and started another cigarette ignoring the waitresses request of her not to.

Garrek nodded in understanding and finished his food. He watched everyone else with his eyes half closed. He was tired from his flight this morning and from the countless sleepless nights beofre that.

Jonathan met Garrek's gaze at some point. the expression Jonathan had was far from human. too emotionless, too empty.

Garrek quietly growled at the emotionles person,then fully closed his eyes,trying to forget that expression. He had seen it many times in the faces of enemy demons,and in the betrayed.

akumu froze and gave a small glance in the other demons direction. she was getting soft. she should have realized the threat a long time ago but in her time away from training she was weak. she thought to her self how stupid it was to talk about something as powerful and wanted as the elemental in such an open space. she cleared her throat. "maybe i should be going..." she started to stand. placing money down for the food.

Garrek stood up as well,putting enough money to pay for himself on the table. "I thank you for the company." He said.He smiled."I'll be seeing you around." He walked out the door ,almost colliding with someone who was coming in.

Alex walked into the cafe,almost colliding with someone who was just leaving."Watch were you are going you...." He cut himslef off when he realized who he bumped into."Garrek." He hissed,his eyes glowing with a feral hatered."Fancy meeting you here."

The future is uncertan,but I write my own fate.

akumu blinked in confusion at his leaving. she looked over to the threat putting out her cigarette in the leftover food. she lit another one and started towards the door. she was still limping and in all this time she had forgotten her las little encounter i the park. you would think that that would make her more aware but for some reason garreks presence clouded her judgement. she could feel the pain climbing up her wounded leg. she knew that this could mean trouble

Garrek didn't hide the growl,nor his hatered for the demon in front of him.He quickly grabbed his shirt and pinned him against a wall."What do you want Hunter?" He demanded.

Alex strugged,trying to free himself."I was just grabbing a bite to eat before carrying onwards Lord Garrek." He replied. He thought that as long as he didn't threaten the dragon,he whouldn't be killed."I left the motherland shortly after you did my friend. I found something better to hunt for the time being."

The future may be uncertan,but I write my own fate.

Garrek growled deeper this time and tightened his grip on the demon."Don't you mock me you worthless good- for -nothing halfbreed!" He yelled,flinging the demon down to the ground."My men died because of you and now you hunt some more? I should have killed you years ago!"

Jonathan stood up, walking straight to Akumu "You control an element. I need it." he said, in an odd emotionless tone. he seemed more dead than alive.

akumu started to back up. she tried to stay as calm as possible. "i think you have me confused with someone else." she was really hurting from the shot to her leg earlier that morning. "i really dont know what you are talking about." she limped closer to the door.
