No, I just don't believe that if someone quietly leaves something, the few people informed should not go blabbing about it to everyone. I think it's rude and it's how rumors start. I have been on the blunt end of that before and it almost ruined my life because people love believing rumors and assumptions.

Indeed I am to stop other assholishness. I've dealt with enough assholes in my life recently and would rather not do so some more. Ya, tomfoolery and shenanigans with a hint of dickery I'm all right with. But just being straight up assholes...? I see no point. It only upsets people.

But if it REALLY bothered me, I'd just drop a ban hammer.

THink about how internet-based our culture is. Almost everything we do and the majority of the communication we make, even with people we know IRL, is all done via the internet. If s**t starts getting around on the internet, it can easily backlash in the real life if the two are connected in any way.

As stated, I HIGHLY doubt this dumb Fox/Adri thing is gunna affect anyones life, but internet BS can, in fact, cause severe implications in the real world simply due to people misreading and things getting misconstrued amongst groups of friends.

So people getting fired over things said online, spouses leaving eachother in a fit of rage from erroneous e-mails and fathers finding pictures of the daughters naked have NOTHING to do with internet and real life?

People deciding to spread the rumor through a non-profit organization you're a part of that you're a ***** who does crystal meth have NO implications IRL at all?

I think the internet affects RL as much. People just seem to deny this with the whole ''LULZ SRS BIZNESS'' thing.

I'm with Sun, Ryugi kinda' just stated a fact. S'not really a rumour. Gossip maybe, but rumour generally implies untruth, or unknown fact.
