I am obsessed with inks lately. I did a pic for Illustrator and experimented with some new techniques. Instead of colors, I used patterns to shade.

I just spent the last 2 hours slogging through a chapter on Karl Marx. (OK, at least 45 minutes' worth was spent sleeping...) The point is that there is a term called "reification," which means that man-made ideas or systems come to be accepted as natural and expected and therefore unquestionable.

Why do I need to connect that to NGE to remember it? Am I as sad as I imagine?

Oi...it's been an interesting night...allow me to ellaborate for everyone:

Me and my roommates have been having some problems with our neighbors and their friends on the end of the same wing. This involves mostly them running back and forth outside, knocking on doors and yelling at obscene hours of the night. Ok, no problem, it usually quited down within a minute or two.

The problem began last night with the usual running around and screaming. My roommate has had enough, sticks his head out and asks the guys to quite down so we can sleep. Well, this morning I walk out and see some yellow stuff on the ground outside our room. I think nothing of it since I knew the guys were running around last night. Anyways, I get back from lunch with my other roommate and we notice something...there is egg yolk all over our door. This raises our suspicions. Then, tonight, around 10:00, a friend of ours is visiting and all of a sudden we hear a thud and a splat on our door. Guess what? Another egg. It drips on our floor and we see the person responsible running to his room and closing the door. We call the RA on duty who calls the RD. Those responsible clean our door, all the while muttering about "I can't believe they called the RD man, blah blah blah stupid idiots blah blah blah."

Yeah, we're not to happy. biggrin
