The first one, the girl (who has nothing to show for) said she's juggling two jobs plus school plus a stressful home life AND Gaia.
She logs in once in a blue moon just to say how freaking busy she is.
Well duh, if you're THAT busy, don't take Gaia commissions and focus on RL. Hello? I would rather see her excel in her studies and her job(s) than worry about making art for silly interwebz money.
The other guy just started college and claims he has no time whatsoever. Yet he uploaded like four or five new things to DA, and visits it frequently but he can't just finish a few minor things on my commission. neutral And it's not like these other deviations are just things sitting around his computer that he decided to upload, he clearly states when he did them and how long they took in the descriptions.
So basically I've been forgotten.
And I usually am really patient but after having so many artists do this to me, I'm tired of it. I don't put up with it anymore. RL comes before Gaia and if you're too busy then don't take commissions to begin with. emo Or if something comes up, keep me posted for heaven's sake. Don't leave me in the dark. I'll be far more patient and understanding if the artist is honest and explains what's up.
Ignoring me and never coming online isn't working. Virtual moniez or not, it's still really rude and it's bad practice for the chance they ever wanna take CA$H MONIEZ commissions for real.
Now, if it were auction art, that's one thing. OR if their lists were HUUUUUGE then that'd be another but I was the only one in both these cases. gonk
/end rant.
