It is. My friend installed PS for me a couple of years ago, but I lost it when my computer got a virus. I never re-installed it, but Valerie told me of Gimp. I've been downloading brushes left and right. xd

Apparently you two are the only ones who have problems with AI healing your team. I've never had any issues with it, aside from occasionally wishing that they'd remove the 17 stacked stat debuffs instead of healing someone who's just barely hit yellow.

Besides. If you don't like how the AI is doing it, do the job yourself. Meanface.

I don't use Lightning to heal because her heals suck... and I can't change her out to emo-kid or crazy-girl to do the healing. Otherwise I would've done that already. :meanface:

I don't remember a single part of the game where you didn't have someone that could use Medic. And it seems like it's virtually impossible to screw up the crystallarium, unless you like... didn't spend any points on anything at all. Lightning isn't a great healer, but she should do a decent enough job that you can get through without too many problems.

Also, in most boss fights a Saboteur and Synergist are your greatest allies, since a Saboteur can stack debuffs and Synergists can... well, stack buffs. Sazh gets Haste fairly early, which makes him that much more awesome.

Only downside is that most boss fights also have a habit of clearing all debuffs on themselves and any buffs on your characters.

... I may just have to restart so I can hoard up components to upgrade the better weapons I don't get until the last part of the game when I already have lv.3 weapons due to lack thereof, and adjust points.

Sasz does not have Haste. Maybe he would've had it were it not for the entirety of the game being just him and Vanille, so I had to make COM/RAV more important to be able to dish out decent damage.

I finished the game, so I can confidently say I fought who you're complaining about. My weapon stats were hilariously low except for Lightning's at the time, and I really had no problems with it. It sounds like you more or less took the same path I did, too, so...

it's alright rage... it's clear that they fail it. there's nothing you can do about that except offer them an easier game.

I do well until he casts Destrudo. Even with med/med/sen and prot/shell up, I still lose. Sentinel's the only one who ever lives, but since Squenix wanted to make this game as terrible as possible, it doesn't even matter.

Then it slowly dawns on me that Gafgarion was kind of a meh character.

Edit: Also, anyone else use the heaven and hell knights? I loved them, haha.

overall, gafgarion's best quality was his blood sword. even outside of the fact that cid'll come with his moves and break the game, agrias > > > gafgarion.

and not really. i wanted to, but they tended to once or not at all with their heaven/hell bursts. i had better chances using reis's holy breath, which is like 3x the AOE chance.
