Sosuke was standing next to Driviline, and so he slipped the bottle of blood tablets into a small pocket in Driviline's pants, on the right side of him. Neanderthals? With an amused grin on his face after Satomi said that, Sosuke was more worried about Cassandra. Didn't she feel pain? Although Satomi had asked Xenon, Sosuke bent over, and picked up the TV, and poked his head over the box. "Satomi-chan? Should we go have a good time, or shall we stand here and not go anywhere?" Sosuke asked, behind the TV in his arms.

She quickly sweatdropped at Sosuke's comment, realizing how silly she must have seemed at that moment. "Oh! R-Right! But first-" She quickly fished through her kimono, pulling out one of the only things she had brought with her besides her money; revealing a small camera. Or rather, it looked like an Iphone, and knowing Satomi, one could only guess that it probably had twice as many features as one, including what looked like a camera.

With a small flash of light, Satomi had taken a photo of the group for memory sake and because she liked the costumes they were all in, before she ended up pocketing the little device once again with that light smile. "Sosuke-kun?" She began, noticeably putting a closer term of endearment to his honorific this time around. "You don't have to do that.. I mean." Looking back at Xenon and Chachamaru, she decided to just shrug it off. Seeing him act like a gentleman as he did, she couldn't help but smile at it, finding his actions to be... charming. "A-Anyway, how about we go to--"

"A show." Came Zazie's voice, blunt as ever as she stood with the students, close to Driviline and Xenon before she pointed off in the distance. It was hard to notice, but it seemed that a crowd of people were beginning to gather, probably for, -just as Zazie suggested,- some sort of show. It was difficult to see from afar, but it looked like a play, complete with samurai, geisha, noble lords, and even a stage.

"Zazie-san, was it?" Sosuke asked, peeking at the girl from behind the TV. "I'd love to go to a show. Hana-kun? Xenon-san? Satomi-chan? And..." Sosuke glanced at the other girls, Chachamaru and Kaede. "Er...does anyone have a certain place they'd like to go, or is a show fine?" Sosuke asked, adjusting the TV in his arms, along with a small bag over his shoulder, which contained his regular street clothes, before he'd changed into the traditional clothes.

Kaede was standing next to Zazie as she mentioned a show, she turned to look at the group of people performing near them. She looked over the crowds as she nodded "indeed there is~de gozaru" she said. She looked at the others "shall we go to see it~de gozaru?" she asked as she smiled.

Mana rather liked the Buddhist nun outfit. She had taken some liberties and had put on an overlarge hat that covered everything to her chin. She had to use the vents cut before her eyes to see. The staff was a new experience, much more substantial than her Shinto wand. She shook it up and down a few times, setting the rings jingling. She tended to avoid anything that made noise, a hold over from her training. By the time she paid attention to the commotion down the street, any familiar faces were lost in the crowd.


Ken paid for the boxes of a dozen takoyaki. He had had them occasionally in Hawaii at Japanese restaurants and at festivals, but had never really developed a taste for them until he had come to Japan.

Bowing his head in tnanks to the stall keeper, he turned and walked over to an approaching Tatsumiya, and offered her one of the batter balls.


Kazumi snapped the photo as Mana accepted Ken's offer. She smiled back as Ken turned a startled face to her. "Don't worry, I'll email you a copy." Her smile widened as he blushed and turned away. She shook her head. She had often wondered why boys blushed so easily, sometimes all it took was a word.

She turned away to give them some semblance of privacy. Pulling out her cellphone she quickly composed a text message to their fearless leader.

Hakase, we're at the takoyaki stall opposite the costume shop. Where do you want to meet?

It was, in a way, a good thing that Sosuke had picked up the TV, because Xenon wasn't about to. It wasn't that she refused to, or didn't want to, but her mind was currently on something else. She just stared blankly ahead, arms hanging loosely at her side. Her mouth would probably have dropped open as if she was in some sort of dazed stupor, if it wasn't automatically set to close itself. Whatever she was doing, she remained entirely silent at this time; not having enough resources left to actually process any of the visual or audio data she was receiving. She could tell that there was sound; but it was just that. Sound. An unintelligible noise interrupting the sound of her own thoughts. The only thing that she was aware of was Satomi; and not even her words, just her presence. If they were to move, she'd follow, effectively blindly, not making any attempt to avoid obstacles or people.

Cassandra had, by now, taken up a position on Grundy's shoulder, directing the Orc with punches to the head followed by an order. The way his shoulder plates were shaped, she didn't actually sit on them, so she just had to tolerate the chainmail that filled the gap on his shoulder between his breastplate and the shoulder plate - which she could barely feel with the thick robe on. It was a lot easier to see over the crowds now; and hopefully, the searching would be more successful. She had rather a lot of anger that she needed to vent - both from Satomi and from Grundy - and few things are quite as satisfying as beating someone to death with their own limbs - especially if they deserved it.

Driviline quickly turned around after Satomi took the picture to intake the blood tablets. He looked around to see the show that Zazie was pointing out. "A show sounds interesting. I wounder just what they are going to try and pull off." He had one of his evil grins on his face again as well as a slight yellow glow in his eyes as he looked towards the stage.

Just one thing after another, wasn't it? Though Zazie's suggestion wasn't half bad, in fact, she really liked the idea of going to see it. After all, this had been her first time going to something like this, so she wanted to enjoy it all for what it's worth. "Okay, that sounds great!" She said with optimism filling her cheerful words, taking a final glance at everyone before going on ahead. Or rather, she was about to, and Zazie had already begun to walk in that direction; typically ignoring the introduction with Sosuke, but something had stopped her.

"Xenon...?" Failing to realize that the flash of the camera may have actually damaged her somewhat, Satomi looked at the others as she placed her hand around Xenon's wrist, giving a gentle tug. "Erm... y-you guys go on ahead, I'll meet with you in just a second." She said with another light sweatdrop, only to have another thing interrupt her as he phone gave off a melodic tune that sounded something like the intro theme to 'Bill Nye the science guy.' Quickly reading the text with one hand, she managed to make a speedy reply with just her thumb rapidly pressing the keys.

'There is a play down the west end of main street. Meet us there! Oh, and Chachamaru made it to the trip, so you can't miss us~!'

Pocketing her cell phone just as quickly as she had pulled it out, she looked back at Xenon, tilting her head just a bit as she tried to see what was wrong all of the sudden. "Xenon-san...? What happened? Did your system freeze?" She asked quickly, a light sense of confusion rather than concern in her town as she let the others go on ahead of her.

Kaede nodded her head to Sosuke "Sosuke-dono" she said acknowledging him as she walked along with the group, her gaze looked at Zenon who had stopped moving. "Satomi-dono is something wrong~de gozaru?" she asked her as she tilted her head a bit. She pivoted on her foot as she took the small effort to face the two of them as she waited for an answer. Kaede put her arms behind her back as she happened to see the large person in the monster outfit walking away from their position as she wondered what that was about.

Chachamaru replied to Satomi's question about being alright for another hour, "I have more than adequate levels to last for that duration, Satomi Hakase-san." Chachamaru existed to serve, so anything her creator requested would be fine with her. She watched as more of her classmates joined the group. She didn't address them by name but did bow to them. She stopped when she noticed that Xenon seemed frozen in space, but continued as ordered, when Satomi said to go on ahead.

Xenon was aware that something had taken her wrist. She wasn't sure, but she guessed that it was Satomi; although she really couldn't tell too well. Although she was aware that Satomi was there, she couldn't interpret her voice as words. To her, it was as though every single sound had been compressed into a single sound channel; everything just sort of merged together, each word indistinguishable as a word due to all the background noise clouding it. The only words she could hear were the ones inside her head, talking to her, telling her things, asking her to do things. After a moment, she Slowly, and very quietly, spoke, but still remained staring blankly ahead. "You're lying... Go away... Leave me alone..." There was a pause of about half a minute, and suddenly her eyes popped wide open, before she clenched them shut and she fell down onto her knees, holding her hands over her ears, as if trying to keep the sound out, or as if she was having one hell of a head ache."Shut up!" She shouted, shaking slightly, as though frightened of something.

Satomi nodded slowly at Chachamaru's comment, glad to know that it wasn't a dire emergency on getting her charged up. Though she did mentally set herself a schedule as to when she should leave to go get the winding device for her. She looked at everyone else, as if waiting for them to decide to go on without her, seeing as how there was little else they could do at the moment since it was more of her expertise. Specifically though, her attention turned to Kaede as the ninja offered, thinking that just maybe she might be able to really help compared to anyone else.

If Xenon went out of control again, she would need someone to help her restrict and cease Xenon from harming anyone, and either Kaede or Chachamaru were more than qualified for such a task. Sure, not many people knew about the fact that Kaede was a ninja, but just as Satomi had claimed time and time again, she knew many secrets about all her classmates, and she kept them just that- a secret.

"I don't understand.. I recently gave her the same technology and visual components I use for Chachamaru, yet the flash seemed to do something to her systems. Or maybe..." Before she could deduct a proper hypothesis or make a decision on just what was wrong, Xenon had a sudden outburst, muttering a few quite works as her empty eyes gazed ahead. A little nervous, she flinched at this, but Satomi stayed close, not wanting Xenon to be even further confused in what was happening. "Xenon-san!" Placing both her hands on the android's shoulders, she shook her just a little to try and get her to 'snap out of it', already knowing it wouldn't do anything, yet doing it more-so out of instinct or habit. "What's the matter?? Give me your status." Her eyes had a hardened gaze as she looked back into Xenon's hollow eyes, waiting to see just what she'll do or how she would respond.

Xenon's eyes popped wide open as she suddenly became aware of her surroundings again, Satomi's shaking of her shoulders sort of snapping her out of her state. Without warning, she grabbed Satomi by the collar, pulling her towards her, as if angry at her. However, her face didn't look enraged at all, it looked... terrified. The expression of pure fear on her face looked like it had been ripped directly out of a horror movie. "Satomi-san, she's in my head... It's her... The girl from my dream... She's in my head..." She released Satomi, falling to the floor, lying there in the fetal position, clutching her head, actually clawing at the back of her skull, as if doing so would actually help in some way.

Kaede was waiting for some kind of response from Satomi as everyone was starting to head toward the show. She caught a glimpse as Xenon grabbed Satomi and Kaede was about to stop her from hurting the student when she noticed she was scared and was breaking down a bit as she lay on the ground. She moved over to Satomi "what happened~de gozaru?" she asked.

Having taking Satomi's words without question, Zazie decided to already head up towards the play, feeling somewhat anxious to see if she could eve participate in it somehow. She waslked at a rather casual pace though at first, and she even seemed to take special interest towards Driviline for a brief moment as she turned around to face him, siently motioning with her hand to come and follow her. She had not forgottin what she saw from him on the train yesterday, and had a slight curiousity in just what he could do. Just maybe, he may be as skilled of an illusionist as her.

"I... don't know." Satomi replied slowly towards Kaede, frowning just a little as a concned expression came to her face. She really didn't know how to explain this whoe situation to the girl, and the fact that she didn't have an answer was enough to drive her mad with curiousity. In the situation she was in though, having been on vacation, she would have been able to dismiss this matter for a later time, but it seemed that Xenon made her point very clear that this couldn't wait.

Nearly choking for a second as she was yanked by the collor by the android, she found herself face to face with her, noticing the look of fear on her. Satomi told herself again that it was just a false emotion, just a reaction from data to simulate human emotions; but fear? Such an emotion should not exist in a non-living creature like her. And yet...

Seeing her behavior only get worse, Satomi knew this was something that couldn't be put aside for later, she needed to deal with this now, people were beginning to stare, and she knew if she was kept this instable for too long, things would only get worse. Finally, she came to a decision, and even though she didn't like it, she really didn't have much of a choice in the matter... "You guys can all go ahead. I'm.. going to bring her back to the hotel. Sorry..." It was clear that she was against this, after all, she had been dealing with so many problems, most not even her own, and it seemed like at this rate she wasn't going to have any fun for the entire vacation. Even though she requested for the rest to go though, she kind of hoped that someone would come with her, in fact, her gaze slowly drifted towards Sosuke for a moment, that tired and depressed look in her eyes before she turned back to Xenon. "C'mon... I'll take you back to the hotel, I'll make it stop." She said slowly as she knelt down in front of Xenon, offering her hand again. Hoopefully she wouldn't have to shut her down and could get her to the hotel with minimal issues,

Chances were that Chachamaru might come with her as well, but at this point, she really began to lack any care at all. It seemed like no matter what happened by now, things just weren't going to get any better.
