Rising Hourglass richest ice cream I've ever had, and probably the most flavorful. Imagine that taste. Now imagine there's a party in your mouth, and everyone's throwing up. That was pretty much what it was like.
It was just pure, concentrated flavoring - essentially, maybe twice the amount of the shots (literally, shots - we got those tiny, tiny cups from the Starbucks next door) was put into a batch of Sweet Cream ice cream to create that particular flavor.
I had three or four, up through mint, but nearly threw up when we got to peach, and spit it out in the sink. Or as my coworker put it, "I won't be able to taste anything but peaches for a week."
