So Restaurant City is already saturated with cuteness, but I swear I did a double take in horror seeing the anime/chibi items they had for this weeks Japan theme. Oh lawdy, the eyes...

Not necessarily a downer beginning. Considering I woke up on my own terms at 7 in the morning today, without the sound of an alarm clock, the neighboring complex yelling at each other, my downstairs neighbor going "WOO!" for no reason that I can figure out, or the sounds of city workers trimming trees outside, I've actually had a pretty good start to my day.

... I realize how sarcastic that sounds but I'm absolutely serious.

... what is a downer is that it struck me that I've lived a city block (if that) away from a mini-golf course for almost two years now and still haven't gone there. I haven't been there for like... 7 years.
